29-year-old Milleily Toledo-Villegas sold alcohol to a TABC undercover CI at La Chula Mexican Bar & Grill on July 18th. TABC agents entered the establishment and conducted a minor compliance check.
During the check, they witnessed Toledo-Villegas serve their minor CI a margarita after not checking their ID. Toledo-Villegas was then cited for the incident that day. Toledo-Villegas was later booked on the citation of selling alcohol to a minor on August 23rd.
Milleily Corely Toledo-Villegas of Tusculum Road in Nashville, TN, was booked on a citation on August 23rd, charged with alcohol sale to a minor under 21.
