28-year-old Isaiah Hardison was involved in a car accident on Highway 70 South late August 29th. Officers were flagged down regarding the crash. When the police arrived, they spoke with Hardison. Officers noticed he reeked of alcohol and was showing signs of impairment.
Then, Hardison took sobriety tests and performed poorly. After being informed of implied consent, Hardison refused to provide police with a chemical sample. Hardison was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an implied consent violation on August 30th.
Isaiah T. Hardison of Highway 70 South in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 30th, charged with DUI and implied consent violation. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
