Responding officers approached the vehicle and found Wright unresponsive with red eyes and dilated pupils in the driver’s seat. After officers gave him two doses of Narcan, he eventually became conscious. While searching Wright’s vehicle, officers found a cooler with Corona beer bottles within arm’s reach of the driver’s seat.
