31-year-old Celebrity Photographer Johnias Winters interfered with the Nashville Fire Department’s investigation at a Hilltop Lane residence on August 31st. NFD called 911 to assist them with a disorderly individual, later identified as Winters. The fire department told officers that Winters was going in and out of the residence that they were looking into after he was told to stay away. They added that Winters was causing a scene with his friends staying at the residence, which officers later discovered was being used as an Airbnb.
When the police located Winters, he was sitting at a table on the back patio behind the property, and they began questioning him. However, he refused to answer the officers’ questions. Then, Winters tried to get up from the table and leave, but officers told him to sit back down. When Winters stood up, officers noticed he showed signs of intoxication and had a medical device on his right foot. Winters was deemed responsible for starting the fire at the residence, however, the incident is still being investigated. Winters was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Johnias D. Winters was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 31st, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
