36-year-old Konstantin Muntyan wandered around the Terminal Parking Garage with blood on his shirt on September 3rd. While working for the Nashville International Airport, officers were dispatched to the parking garage regarding an intoxicated male looking into cars. When the police arrived, they located Muntyan. They noticed he had a strong alcoholic odor coming from his breath before Muntyan told them he was looking for his vehicle. Then, Muntyan admitted to drinking at The Delta Sky Club.
After this, officers advised him that he could not operate his car whenever he found it. They then escorted Muntyan to The Ground Transportation Center so he could try to get a cab to leave the property. However, Muntyan’s card declined, and he informed officers that he had no money. While waiting for additional officers to arrive, Muntyan was deemed unable to care for himself. Muntyan was then taken into custody for public intoxication.
Konstantin Muntyan was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 3rd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
