25-year-old Peter Maged Malk was observed boating without wearing a lifejacket at Percy Priest Lake on April 20th. The police noticed this and conducted a stop, during which they cited him for the violation.
Malk failed to appear in court by June 7th, so on June 10th, his bond was forfeited. Malk was later taken into custody and charged with a boating violation on August 31st.
Peter Maged Malk of Streamridge Court West in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 31st, charged with a boating violation. He is free on a $250 bond.
