When the police located Greenwood, he was unconscious and remained unresponsive after several attempts to wake him up. Medics responded to the scene and administered Narcan to Greenwood.

After being Mirandized, Greenwood refused to speak with police. After being informed of implied consent, Greenwood agreed to provide a blood sample. Greenwood was admitted to the hospital and was issued a citation that day. He was later booked on the citation of driving under the influence on September 3rd.
Jeston Edwin Greenwood of Heritage Drive in Madison, TN, was booked on a citation on September 3rd, charged with DUI.
