20-year-old Jeremy Sullivan Tallon was detained by Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk security late September 7th. Responding officers spoke with security staff. Officers were advised that security had questions about the identification Tallon provided. They added that he ordered alcohol with the ID and began to consume it. Then, security stated that when they double-checked his ID, Tallon fled. During this, he ripped a staircase railing off the wall they had just repaired for $2,000.
Additionally, Tallon was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. The police discovered that the ID he handed security was not his and depicted Jacob D Wahn, who was over 21. Then, officers later found Tallon’s identity and found that he did not turn 21 until October. Tallon was taken into custody for underage alcohol consumption, vandalism, and criminal impersonation.
Jeremy Sullivan Tallon of Edge Water Ave in Chesterfield, MO, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 7th, charged with criminal impersonation, vandalism, and consumption of alcohol under the age of 21. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $3,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
