Christopher Bell charged with selling alcohol to a minor at Turnip Truck

30-year-old Christopher Bell was seen by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission selling alcohol to a minor at The Turnip Truck around 3 p.m. on September 20. Officers had a “cooperating minor” whose ID stated they were born on January 27th, 2004. Bell sold a 750 ml bottle of Chardonnay to the minor after checking the ID. He was issued a citation that day and was booked on October 10th.

Rebekah Dale charged with underage alcohol sales to a minor at White Bison Coffee

A TABC agent saw 19-year-old Rebekah Dale sell wine to a minor at Centennial Blvd’s White Bison Coffee on July 11th. She was witnessed by Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission Special Agent Tomberlin checking the minor’s identification card and then handing them a pint can of Seven Daughters Pinot Noir Wine. Rebekah was very cooperative and told police she was a full-time student at Tennessee State University. Also, she told police that she had only been working at White Bison Coffee for four days and had no formal training.

Kelsey Ristau charged with selling alcohol to a minor at Nashville restaurant

27-year-old Kelsey Ristau sold and served a 12 oz Bud Light beer to a minor (under 21) at Rock N Roll Sushirock in Donelson, according to agents with the TABC (Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission) who were conducting compliance checks on May 16. The underage person had an ID with a birthday of 05/30/2003, making her 19 at the time of purchase. Agents say Ristaue checked the ID and continued to make the sale.
