Mississippi tourist Caden Zaremba jailed after being kicked out of Kid Rock’s Bar

22-year-old Caden Zaremba was escorted out of Kid Rick’s bar at 1:30 a.m. Sunday due to his disorderly behavior. Zaremba then made contact with Metro Nashville Police officers outside of the venue, stating he had been kicked out of the bar and his phone was dead. Officers attempted to assist with a way to charge his phone and offered to call a taxi. Zaremba then refused all assistance and walked away. A short time later, Zaremba returned and re-entered Kid Rock’s Bar. Security detained him, and officers then took him into custody for criminal trespassing.

Rubi Elsas caught trespassing in Kissam Hall at Vanderbilt University

27-year-old Rubi “Robert” Elsas was sleeping in Kissam Hall at Vanderbilt University on February 18th. Officers arrived and advised Elsas that he was on Vanderbilt Property. Elsas refused to identify himself and was uncooperative during the police investigation. Elsas complained about his stomach, so EMS transported him to the Vanderbilt Emergency Department. Elsas was then medically cleared and discharged to officers. Elsas was taken into custody for criminal trespass.  

Lajames Shannon caught trespassing, starting fire in under-construction house

38-year-old Lajames Shannon was booked on the citation of criminal trespassing on February 8th. On January 9th, officers responded to Cannon Street regarding individuals starting a fire inside a residence that was under construction. When officers arrived, Shannon was with one other person and told officers that he was homeless and cold. Shannon noted that this was why he was in the house without permission. Nashville Fire responded to the scene and extinguished the fire that Shannon had started in the house. After Shannon provided officers with his social security number, he was cited for the incident. Shannon was booked for on the citation on February 15th.

Scott Page found sleeping outside Vanderbilt University Emergency Department

27-year-old Scott Cameron Page was found sleeping outside the Vanderbilt University Emergency Department on Medical Center Drive on February 9th. Officers advised Page that he could not sleep there and asked if he needed to check into the Emergency Room. To which Page agreed and walked inside. Then, Page walked outside without being seen and sat on the sidewalk. Officers asked him for his identification, and Page became belligerent. Page began screaming and cursing at officers while refusing to leave the property. Page was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

Virginia Tourist Nathan Shiro attempts to steal tip jar at Whiskey Row on Broadway

27-year-old Virginia tourist Nathan Shiro was highly intoxicated at Honky Tonk Central on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Friday night and began pushing other patrons and starting fights within the venue. Security asked Shiro to leave, and when he went to collect his belongings, Shiro became disruptive to other patrons again. He then pushed and punched security, who detained him until the arrival of Metro Nashville police. Shiro was jailed and given pre-trial release after 8 a.m. on February 10th.

However, on February 11th, Shiro was arrested a second time after attempting to steal money from a tip jar at Whiskey Row. Shiro was arguing outside of the bar and refusing to leave. Despite Shiro’s attempt to take the tip jar money, Whiskey Row security recovered the money, and Shiro was told to leave. Once outside, Shiro began arguing with security, prompting them to flag down the police. Once police arrived and began investigating, officers were informed Shiro had attempted to steal money from the tip jar. While police investigated at Whiskey Row, Shiro tried to enter Tootsie’s bar. Shiro then began arguing with Tootsie’s security when told he wasn’t allowed in due to them knowing about his incident at Honky Tonk Central. Officers also recognized Shiro from the previous February 10th incident at Honky Tonk Central. Shiro was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and public intoxication.

Jamison Whatley resists arrest, refuses to leave Jason Aldean’s Bar

24-year-old Jamison Whatley was being disorderly at Jason Aldean’s in downtown Nashville on February 3rd. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, advising them that Whatley refused to leave after being asked repeatedly to do so. Officers arrived and told him he needed to leave the bar or would be arrested for trespassing, but he did not listen. Officers tried to detain him, but he became resistive, swinging his arms forward and locking them out. After minimal force, they were able to arrest him, and he was taken into custody for criminal trespass and resisting arrest.

Vanderbilt Nurse Hannah Hooper berates cops with derogatory slurs during drunken arrest

23-year-old Vanderbilt Nurse Hannah Hooper refused to leave Luke Bryan’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Saturday morning. Security initially located her on the steps leading to the rooftop, where she was overly intoxicated and causing a disturbance. Officers had arrived to assist security, and she informed them she was not leaving the bar and attempted to return to enjoying her evening. Officers attempted to guide her outside, but she refused to cooperate and pushed officers. She was taken down and into custody. She became combative and kicked officers, eventually having to be placed into a wheelchair to be transported outside safely. Police say that during transport to booking, Hannah Hooper berated officers by calling them derogatory slurs. Her friends informed officers that she was a nurse at Vanderbilt during the arrest. She is charged with assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and criminal trespassing.

Stephanie Manley urinates in men’s room at Kid Rock’s bar; slips handcuffs, resists arrest

41-year-old South Carolina tourist Stephanie Stone Manley urinated in the men’s restroom at Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk in the early hours of January 14th. The security at Kid Rock’s alerted the officers, and when they arrived, they spoke with Manley, who was still in the men’s restroom, refusing to leave. Manley became aggressive and started yelling at officers and security, walking towards them in a fighting stance. Officers escorted her out of the establishment and guided her to sit down outside, but she slipped her left hand out of the handcuffs. She was resistive and refused to put her hands behind her back, kicking at officers as they tried to detain her. Manley was taken into custody for criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

18-year-old Alexander Gordon booked after trespassing in parking garage

18-year-old Alexander Gordon was issued a citation on December 20th after video surveillance showed five males with backpacks entering a parking garage on Church Street. Most of the males were juveniles, and the property was marked “NO TRESPASSING.” When police arrived, they located the group in a vehicle that didn’t belong to them, apparently amid their attempt to steal it. All five males ran away, and their description was put out by radio. Gordon was located across the street at the Double Tree Hotel and arrested. Initially, he said he was never in the parking garage but later admitted he was. Gordon has no prior criminal history. Gordon was booked on the citation on January 5th.

Ryan McNeill jailed after urinating in front of Centennial Hospital

45-year-old Ryan McNeill was jailed on January 9th after police caught him urinating outside of Centennial Hospital on Patterson Street. McNeill then went inside the hospital and began to cause a disturbance. He refused treatment but also refused to leave the hospital. McNeil was yelling and being so disruptive that the hospital staff could not conduct regular business. When the police asked McNeill to identify himself, he refused to give any information. Due to this, Ryan McNeill was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
