Carson Bradford jailed after drunkenly coming out of left field at Sounds Stadium

19-year-old Carson Bradford is free on a $100 cash bond after being charged with trespassing at the Nashville Sounds Stadium / First Horizon Park. Security observed Bradford enter from left field in the early hours of Saturday morning and confronted him. Bradford stated he was walking from downtown and was trying to get back to his friend’s house in midtown. He was oblivious to the fact he was standing in the middle of a baseball field. He was detained and transferred to the custody of Metro Nashville Police, who transported him to booking. 

Tiffany Rutledge jailed after bathroom squatting at Renaissance Hotel in Nashville

49-year-old Tiffany Rutledge was in the second-floor bathroom of the Renaissance Hotel and refused to leave when security called the police. They said that there has been an ongoing issue with Tiffany trespassing onto the property, one time was last Friday when she was asked to leave and refused. She was banned from the location, and police confirmed a current trespass waiver on file for the hotel. Security escorted police to the second-floor bathroom, where they contacted Tiffany. She told them she knew she was not supposed to be on the property and was arrested for trespassing.

Michigan tourist Julian Hall jailed after rowdiness at Jason Aldean’s bar

23-year-old Julian Hall told Jason Aldean’s bar security staff that they were “lucky” that police placed him into custody. Before he was arrested, police were flagged down by security about Julian outside, causing a disturbance. They told the police that they denied him entry due to improper identification. The officers saw Julian arguing with security when he refused to leave the building’s curt ledge. Julian was warned several times to leave, or he would be trespassed from the business. He continued to yell, so police placed him into custody. While in custody, he said to security staff that they were “lucky,” insinuating an altercation would arise if he were not placed into custody.

Kearea Ward breaks through front door into home, claims it was the wrong house

33-year-old Kearea Ward used her shoulder to bust through the front door of the home of Connor Haseley and Ali Hutchinson just after 5 a.m. Sunday, setting off their ring doorbell alarm and waking them up. They called down to Ward to tell her to leave their property, causing her to flee the residence. Officers issued a BOLO, and nearby officers located Ward walking away from the neighborhood. She was taken into custody and during questioning admitted she pushed into the home, claiming she believed it belonged to her ex-boyfriend.

Florentino Bien found inside woman’s home, intoxicated and without permission

35-year-old Florentino Bien was found inside a woman’s house, and she did not know him or why he was there. Police arrived at the house Florentino was at and spoke to the resident, Marecela Pao-Gonzalez. Florentino was standing in the living room, and Marecela stated that she did not know him and did not invite him in. He could not tell the police why he was there but changed his story to him finding a child in the apartment complex’s parking lot unattended. Both Marecela and her babysitter denied it. The police reported that he was asked several times to leave but refused and showed signs of intoxication. He could not provide police with a home address, so he was placed into custody.

Street Racer Micah Hooker jailed on rioting charges after weekend meetup

21-year-old Micah Hooker was one of two people charged this weekend as Metro police work to crack down on street racing across Nashville. Metro police reported Micah Hooker, and his passenger Bailee Nelson, sped away from a meet-up at a commercial parking lot on Corporate Drive Saturday night. Street racers reportedly practiced burnouts and other maneuvers in the Corporate Drive parking lot. A Metro helicopter crew tracked Hooker and Nelson as they drove a 2020 green Dodge Challenger, and Hooker turned his lights off in an unsuccessful effort to avoid officers. Hooker reportedly almost hit two other motorists head-on. Hooker made a brief stop, and Officer Hausman came up on the rear of the vehicle, which made Hooker turn his lights off again and flee. Officers eventually stopped Hooker and Nelson at the intersection of Hamilton Church Road and Hobson Pike. He was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, criminal trespassing, and rioting due to the dangerous vehicle maneuvers on Corporate Drive. Hooker and Nelson are the latest to be charged amid Metro police’s continuing street racer enforcement effort.

Jason Agostino refuses to leave George Strait concert after being kicked out of venue

43-year-old Jason Agostino threw himself to the ground when security tried escorting him out of the George Strait show in Nashville due to his disorderly conduct. On July 28th, APEX security requested the help of MNPD Sergeant Mosley regarding an unruly patron at the George Strait show at Nissan Stadium. Sgt. Mosely reported that he saw APEX security request that Jason leave the premises several times. When they attempted to remove him physically, he sank his weight into a seat so as not to move. Sgt. Mosely placed him into custody for criminal trespass after Jason refused to leave at APEX security’s behest and after Sgt. Mosely told him to come to the concourse.
