38-year-old Nicholas Coleman caused a disturbance at the Walk of Fame on the afternoon of March 18th. Officers were notified that an individual, later identified as Coleman, was throwing water bottles and being a public annoyance. Officers observed Coleman running into traffic with his shirt over his head, spinning around in circles, and throwing scooters to the ground. Officers believed Coleman was making others at the park feel unsafe and prevented them from carrying on their activities. Coleman even picked up and threw a concrete block before officers located and detained him. Coleman was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Luther Hatten calls Brookridge employee a “N*gger” for not letting him use cell phone

27-year-old Luther Hatten caused a disturbance at Brookridge on the afternoon of March 18th. James Houston Stevenson called the police, advising them that Hatten was trespassing and refusing to leave. Stevenson further explained that Hatten came into the office asking to use a cell phone, which he declined, then asked him to leave. Hatten, however, refused to leave and called him a “N*gger” repeatedly, staying on the premises even after he alerted the authorities. When officers arrived, they located Hatten, who was visibly upset and yelling outside the office, refusing to answer questions. Officers noticed he was highly intoxicated and became angrier as they asked him about the incident. Hatten was taken into custody for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. While being transported to booking, Hatten started kicking the window, roof, and door of the patrol car, causing damage to the camera mount, so he was additionally charged with vandalism.

Barak Hammond shoves APS employee into street in Downtown Nashville

27-year-old Barak Bell Hammond tried to cross the street while traffic was moving in downtown Nashville late March 16th. An APS employee observed this and tried to stop Hammond from crossing the street. Hammond then shoved the APS employee, causing him to fall backward. While the APS employee was on the ground, a vehicle ran over his foot. The APS employee flagged officers down and informed them about the incident, adding that he did not wish to prosecute for the shove. When officers met with Hammond, he showed multiple signs of impairment, so he was deemed a danger to himself and others. Hammond was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Justin Tillotson booked after fighting man who punched his girlfriend on Broadway

30-year-old Justin Gary Tillotson fought with Jason Nikmara Tate near the Hard Rock Café on Broadway late March 17th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Tillotson, who advised that his girlfriend had argued with Tate. Tillotson advised that during their argument, Tate punched his girlfriend, so he intervened, initiating a physical altercation with Tate. Officers watched a video showing the altercation. Tate fled before officers arrived. Tillotson was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

21-year-old Alabama tourist Matthew David Minetree was one of multiple males fighting on the corner of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway in the early hours of March 17th. Officers observed him engaging in a physical altercation as they approached, so they tried to detain him. However, Minetree kept pulling away after being told to stop resisting, prompting officers to take him to the ground. Minetree was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Nathan Adkins drunkenly rolls around floor during fight at Lucky Bastard Saloon

21-year-old Nathan Adkins had a physical altercation at Lucky Bastard Saloon in the early hours of March 17th. Security for the establishment flagged officers down and advised them of the ongoing scuffle. When officers arrived, Adkins and the other individual were on the ground, rolling around and refusing to let each other go. They disregarded the officer’s commands to stop, so officers separated and detained them. Adkins was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

#MomTok influencer Gabbie Egan jailed in Nashville after assaulting police and bar staff on Broadway

24-year-old Gabrielle Egan, who has millions of followers on Tiktok mainly related to ‘#MomTok,’ as a mom influencer, was arrested in Nashville Saturday night. Police say she was at Rippy’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in downtown Nashville when she bumped into a waitress who was bringing food to a table. Egan reportedly told the server, “You need to watch out!” and struck her on the right side of her head using her left hand. Security detained her, and Metro Nashville Police Officers arrived at the venue. During the subsequent investigation, multiple witnesses stated they observed Egan push a second waitress and threaten other customers. As she was being arrested for disorderly conduct, the TikToker lunged forward and headbutted an officer, striking him in the head and causing visible injuries. She then used her right foot to strike the same officer’s thigh. She was eventually restrained and transported to booking to be processed for the additional charge of assault of a police officer.

18-year-old Jaliyah Williams booked for disorderly conduct after pushing officer

18-year-old Jaliyah Williams was being disorderly near the townhouses on South 4th Street on March 13th. Officers arrived in response to a report of aggravated assault and met with Williams. Williams was hostile toward the other party involved and had to be separated. As officers separated Williams from the other party, she pushed an officer, attempting to continue the fight. The officer did not wish to prosecute for the push. Williams was detained and then released while officers investigated the initial assault, during which they found out that Williams was involved. While officers investigated, Williams kept trying to instigate a fight with the other individual. She was rowdy and initially refused to provide officers with her identification until she was placed in the back of the patrol car. Williams was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.
