Fiona Rust pulls mother’s hair, assaults aunt during altercation

24-year-old Fiona Rust had a domestic altercation with her mother, Kelly Hoskins, and her aunt at a Stafford Drive Residence on March 21st. Officers arrived and then spoke with Hoskins, who stated that Rust attacked her after a verbal argument that led to them pulling each other’s hair. Hoskins added that Rust dug her fingernail into her left ear, causing it to bleed. Officers observed that Hoskins had missing hair and blood coming from her ear. Then, her aunt said she tried to separate them, during which Rust pushed her. Rust’s aunt told officers that Rust and Hoskins have a history of domestic disputes. Officers verified this via bond conditions from a previous incident in August 2023. Rust was deemed as the primary aggressor and then was placed into custody for domestic assault.

Thomas Turner Jr. assaults girlfriend, breaks her windshield during dispute over Instagram comment

21-year-old Thomas Turner Jr. had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Kiyona Browne, at his mother’s Richards Road residence on March 24th. Browne was at the Walgreens on Antioch Pike when she alerted the authorities. When officers arrived, she explained that she and Turner Jr. had argued over a social media post that she felt was disrespectful to their relationship. Then, after a while, Browne decided to leave because she had to take her niece somewhere the next day. However, she could not leave because Turner Jr. still had her key fob. Browne said she still went out to her car and locked the door, but Turner Jr. followed her outside, unlocked the door, and got in the backseat. While in the backseat, he started punching the interior of the car, causing injury to his hands. Browne took Turner Jr. back inside so they could clean up the injuries and he could calm down, which he did. Shortly after, Turner Jr. became angry again, and when Browne got her key fob and returned to her car, he followed her again. Turner Jr. got into the passenger seat before Browne could lock the car. Then, Browne told him to get out repeatedly, but he refused, asking if she was going to cheat on him. When Browne did not reply, Turner Jr. threw his phone at the windshield, leaving a crack. Browne said he kept pulling her back in when she tried to exit the vehicle. When Browne got out to walk away, Turner Jr. kept trying to block her from leaving, grabbed her arm, and pulled her towards the car. When they returned to the car, Browne got inside and locked Turner Jr. out of it. Turner Jr. kicked Browne’s car as she drove away to Walgreens, where she called the police. Officers observed the cracked windshield and blood inside the car. Officers contacted Turner Jr., who agreed to speak with them at his mother’s apartment. When officers arrived, he told them that his injuries were not caused by Browne, adding that she never assaulted him. Then, Turner Jr. admitted to throwing his phone at the windshield and cracking it. Officers went to detain him, but he attempted to flee and resist. Turner Jr. was transported to General Hospital for medical treatment to his hands and was later taken into custody for domestic assault, vandalism, resisting arrest, and false imprisonment on March 25th.

David Zamojski shoots ex-girlfriend with BB gun during altercation, gets tased in return

35-year-old David Zamojski was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Taylor Elliott, at his Lenox Creekside Drive apartment on March 24th. When officers arrived at the mentioned location, they contacted Zamojski. Zamojski told them Elliott showed up at his apartment and started an altercation. He added that Elliot pushed her way into the apartment and tried to shock him with a cattle prod-like taser. Zamojski did not have any visible injuries. Officers noticed that a neighbor across the hall had a Ring doorbell camera. While watching the footage, officers saw Zamojski screaming at Elliott to leave. Elliott responded by saying that Zamojski “fucked with her family.” After leaving the apartment, Elliott asked Zamojski for her keys, but he told her he didn’t have them. Once Elliott told him that she would wait, Zamojski went inside, came back out, and threw her keys down the stairs. Zamojski returned inside, grabbed two dumbbells, and threw them at Elliott’s feet. Elliott proceeded to tell Zamojski to give her BB gun back as well. After entering his apartment a third time, Zamojski came back outside with what looked like a black handgun pointed at Elliott. Elliott said, “Do it,” and Zamojski pulled the trigger, effectively shooting her in the leg with a BB. Zamojski then tossed the BB gun at Elliott’s feet. Elliott retaliated by rushing him with a taser. Zamojski attempted to grab it but failed and ended up backing into a door. After recovering, Zamojski grabbed a broom and stuck Elliott in the face with the handle. This led to a fight inside the apartment where the taser could be heard sparking 4-5 times. Elliott was seen leaving the apartment and kicking her belongings down the stairs. Zamojski exited the apartment and followed her down the stairs, asking, “What is wrong with you?” Elliott left the scene before the officers’ arrival. David Zamojski was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Brandon Calloway assaults girlfriend, prevents her from leaving home during argument

23-year-old Brandon Calloway had a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Jayla Hall, at their shared Brickmont Drive residence in the early hours of March 13th. At approximately 8:52 a.m., Hall’s father alerted the authorities, stating that his daughter was assaulted and choked by her boyfriend. When officers arrived at his Northbrook Road residence, they spoke with Hall, who said that her boyfriend had choked her in the past, the last time being about a week ago, but advised that he did not do so today. Hall then explained that they had argued, so she tried to leave. However, Calloway stood in the doorway, telling her she was not leaving and that they could talk about it. After this, Hall said she went to the backdoor, but he physically prevented her from leaving, repeating that she should stay so they could talk about it. Then, Hall said she picked up a handful of drywall mud and threw it at him to make him get out of the way. In response, Calloway pushed her to the ground. Hall landed in the mud, got up, and started to walk to her father’s house after Calloway took her car keys. Hall later returned to the location, retrieved her keys, and went back to her father’s home, where she informed him about the incident. Officers then tried to go to their shared Brickmont Drive residence to speak with Calloway, but no contact was made. Calloway was taken into custody for domestic assault and false imprisonment on March 27th.

Brittiny Lassiter assaults estranged husband after believing he was seeing another woman

37-year-old Brittiny Lee Lassiter had a domestic incident with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Greg Mabry, at his Inglewood Circle South residence on March 20th. On the afternoon of March 22nd, Lassiter called the police regarding the incident. Lassiter stated that on March 20th, she was coming from a meeting when she passed by Mabry’s house and noticed a car, which she believed belonged to a female. Then she explained that they have a parenting agreement where they are not allowed to have significant others around when their kids are present. Lassiter texted Mabry, telling him that she would be there in ten minutes, and when she got there, he let her look around the house. Lassiter then stated that the alleged female was no longer there. She said after she looked around, Mabry tried to physically remove her from his residence, which was not caught on camera, but she started recording the interaction. The footage showed Mabry stopping and then sitting at the table. Lassiter said that their 8-year-old daughter woke up, so she put her back to bed. After this, Mabry tried to remove her from the house again, so she started recording again.

Officers reviewed the video and could not see a lot but were able to make out that she was walking to the front door, where they heard her say she could not believe their marriage had gotten to this point. Mabry was heard telling Lassiter she should not be there tonight and that this was the most extreme thing she had ever done. After this, he said to keep going, and then there was a squeak that sounded like a door opening. This was followed by Mabry telling Lassiter, “Get the fuck out, please.” Then, Lassiter responded, “Stop, do not,” Mabry replied, “Stop what?” Lassiter then said, “Do not talk to me like this.” And Mabry told her, “I do not appreciate this. You left our marriage to sleep with another guy in our bed. Get the fuck out.” After this, a physical altercation is heard, with what sounded like wrestling, followed by Mabry saying, “Stop, stop,” and then Lassiter says, “You want to fucking hit me?” Then, Mabry says, “No, I do not want to hit you. Just leave.” He continued to tell her to stop and leave, and then Mabry could be heard saying, “You just hit me in the face.” The altercation continued, and Mabry repeatedly told Lassiter to leave. The footage ends with Lassiter crying and picking up her phone. She then screams, hits the window, and finally leaves the residence.

Officers then spoke with Mabry, who stated that Lassiter came to the location after finding out a woman was at his house. He says she went to the house, asked why a woman was there, and forced her way inside. Mabry stated that Lassiter searched the home, asking him, “Where is she?” Mabry then tells her that she needs to leave and that the children are asleep. Lassiter told him she didn’t have to leave and began berating Mabry. He stated that their daughter woke up due to the argument, and he allowed Lassiter to put her back to bed. Mabry then corroborates what was heard in the video footage and explains that Lassiter hit him in the face. Mabry showed officers visible scratches and bruising on his nose. Lassiter was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault on March 22nd.

Marisa Cobbs headbutts man during drunk argument at Placemakr

33-year-old Marisa Cobbs had a domestic altercation with Clinton Carter at Placemakr on March 23rd. When the officers arrived, they noticed their room was trashed with empty beer and liquor bottles as they spoke with them. Carter told officers that on the night of March 22nd, they had been drinking a lot and had an argument. During the argument, Cobbs became upset and headbutted Carter in the forehead, leaving a bruise in between his eyes. Cobbs was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Paul Melton throws dog, slams wife in door multiple times after she turns off computer monitor

33-year-old Paul Melton was taken into custody for domestic assault and harassment on March 26th. On February 22nd, Brittany Melton, Paul’s wife, called the police. When officers arrived at their previously shared Maplecrest Drive residence, she advised them that on February 18th, around 3 p.m., Paul started playing video games and drinking vodka. She explained to officers how it was hard to sleep later that night with him being loud and pounding on the table. Later that night, around 1:20 a.m.- 1:30 a.m., Brittany confronted Paul about the noise, sparking an argument. During the argument, Brittany turned off Paul’s computer monitor, which angered him. Then, Paul grabbed her right wrist and pushed her hand into the right side of her face, causing redness. After this, Brittany asked Paul if he realized what he had done. In response, Paul threw their dog out of the way and repeatedly slammed the door while she was in the doorway. Brittany said that he pulled her up by her wrist and pushed her into another room, where she was thrown across the bed. Brittany provided photos showing bruising on her right foot, right knee, right leg, and stomach regions that were consistent with being closed in a door.

Brittany then stated she started receiving hundreds of phone calls, text messages, social media messages, and emails from him from midday February 19th through February 22nd. She explained that Paul told her she would “see a stalking man” due to her obtaining an order of protection. In the messages, Paul threatened to harm himself if Brittany were ever to divorce him. Brittany said she informed him to leave her alone numerous times and even changed her number due to emotional distress. Still, Paul managed to find her new number and continued to try to communicate with her. Police verified the order of protection, but it had not been served at the time.

18-Year-Old Stasia Ingram breaks boyfriend’s $350 laptop during argument at Drake Motel

18-year-old Stasia Ingram had a domestic incident with Javaughn White, her boyfriend, at the Drake Motel on Murfreesboro Pike in the early hours of March 25th. When officers arrived, they spoke with White, who stated he and Ingram had a verbal altercation because he was “not communicating with her as she desired.” White said that this made her angry, which was when she took a box of McDonald’s French fries and poured them on him. White added that her actions were offensive and provocative. As the dispute continued, Ingram broke his $350 laptop in half. Ingram was deemed as the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

24-year-old Abby Howland was involved in an altercation with her sister, Alisha Howland, at their Dellway Drive residence on March 22nd. Officers arrived at the mentioned location and made contact with Alisha. Alisha told officers she had an argument with Abby that led to a fight. Alisha went on to say that while they were fighting, Abby bit her several times and pulled her hair out. Officers observed scratch marks all over Alisha’s body and several bite marks that were bleeding.

Shortly after, officers contacted Abby, who stated that she only argued with Alisha because Alisha said she was “the glue that held their family together.” Abby also noted that Alisha hit her first and pulled her hair out as well. Officers observed that Abby had multiple bruises, scratches, and some clear indications of her hair being pulled out. During the investigation, officers spoke with a neighbor of the sisters, Morgan Lewis. He said the sister’s altercation woke him up, so he investigated. Lewis informed law enforcement that he saw Abby on top of Alisha fighting. Lewis advised that he didn’t know who started the fight. Officers could not determine a primary aggressor. Abby Howland and Alisha Howland were taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
