31-year-old Michael Bradley was booked on the summons of domestic assault on January 8th for assaulting his fiancé at her Shadowood Drive home on December 22nd. Emily Villela, Bradley’s fiancé, and their infant child, Luca Bradley, were at the residence with Bradley when the assault occurred. Emily advised that she, Michael, and their child were supposed to travel to New York for Christmas, but Michael thought she was taking the child away from him. Emily stated that she had no intention of taking their child away. Michael responded by telling Emily that he was going to kill her. Michael then threw a bowl of cereal at Emily’s head; after that, he grabbed her by the throat and pushed her to the ground. Emily tried to push him away, but Michael grabbed her wrists, causing scratches and redness to her right wrist and left thumb. Emily also had scratches and redness on her face as well. 19-year-old Christorfer Lucas was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Tomesha Fennessee, at the Overlook Ridge Apartments on December 20th. The situation began with an argument between the couple. During the argument, Christorfer got into Tomesha’s face. When she told him to back up, Christorfer punched her in the head and the face multiple times. Tomesha tried to fight back, prompting Christorfer to knock her to the ground and continue to hit her in the head. Tomesha attempted to get out her phone and call the police, but Christorfer took her phone and left the apartment. Soon after, Tomesha walked to the front of the apartment complex. Christorfer pulled up next to her, he then threw her phone out of the car window and left. Upon contact with law enforcement, Tomesha produced a voice message of Christorfer saying that Tomesha “explained herself” after they “got into it.” Christorfer further stated that he was not afraid to go to jail. Tomesha was sent to the Centennial Hospital for medical evaluation due to her being nine weeks pregnant. Christorfer Lucas was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault and interfering with an emergency call on January 2nd.

Timothy Ayala charged in assault of his ex-lover

24-year-old Timothy Ayala was jailed Monday on an outstanding warrant from late December. Keria Horsely, who is the mother of his child, called police on December 29 after an argument about her moving back to California turned physical. She says that as soon as she placed the baby in the crib, Ayala grabbed her and pinned her to the bed, leaving red welt-type marks on her arms, which were documented by police. She bit him to escape, and he then fled the scene.

Mehrdad Farhangi charged with domestic assault at Nashville International Airport

35-year-old Mehrdad Farhangi was at the ticketing area of the Nashville International Airport when he reportedly slapped Javid Mozhdeh. When confronted by airport police after several witnesses reported the incident, he claimed, “she hit me first!” Both parties were interviewed, and the two gave conflicting stories. After all witnesses were interviewed, it was determined that each party had assaulted the other, so both were taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

26-year-old Charquise Buchanan was booked on January 5th for assaulting his girlfriend after an argument turned violent. He then grabbed her by her shirt, scratching her in the process, and began throwing her around. Chevala had bruises on her neck and shoulders from being thrown around. Once she called the police, Charquise left the scene with her shirt and the door he broke down. When police arrived, Chevala stated that he also pulled her by her hair, causing her wig to come loose. There was a witness on the scene who informed officers that during the altercation, Charquise strangled Chevala until she was forced to intervene because Chevala was losing consciousness. Chevala doesn’t remember being strangled, but all of her injuries corroborate her and the witness’ stories.

Ethan Place physically, mentally abuses girlfriend multiple times throughout relationship

37-year-old Ethan Place was booked on January 4th after his girlfriend reported that he had been abusing her since she moved in with him. Iris Nevers told police that Ethan had been abusing her, but she never reported it because she didn’t think anyone would believe her. She stated that she quit her job and moved in with him back in May of 2023, and he had been controlling her whole life ever since. According to Iris, she couldn’t go anywhere without his permission. He even took away her cell phone, stating that she didn’t deserve it after making a call to his mother and sister, notifying them of his drinking problem and abuse toward her. Ethan told Iris that she betrayed him and needed to be punished. Iris told police she listened to him because she loved him. She attempted to leave several times, but Ethan convinced her to stay by threatening to kill himself. Iris showed the police a picture of her with a black eye dated August 9th. That specific incident started with an argument before Ethan pushed Iris, causing her to fall and hit her eye on a table. Nevers was arrested on August 27th, and when she returned home, he assaulted her again on August 29th, leaving bruises on her arm. Iris also showed the police a letter from Ethan that said, “I’m a miserable person. I’ve used you, abused you, lied to you, hurt you in many ways.” A warrant was issued for his arrest on December 29th.

They reviewed the video, and it showed Duncan pulling him by the hair, striking him while on her bed, as Wilson asked her to let him go repeatedly. Then, during the interaction, they relocated to the closet, where Duncan was heard demanding he give her the house key she gave him before hitting him again. Wilson was able to leave, but she continued to follow him. Wilson had a bloody nose, which he claimed was from when Duncan punched him in the face. Duncan spoke with them and said Wilson grabbed her, causing red markings, bruises, and scratches on her. Police deemed Duncan the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

21-year-old Magdalena Alonzo-Alonzo had a domestic dispute with her husband, Marvin Domingo, at their shared apartment on Hickory Trace Drive early December 31st. Officers arrived and observed Alonzo-Alonzo walking around outside of her apartment, crying, stating she could not find her husband or daughter. They approached her and noticed a strong odor of alcohol as she advised them that she had been locked out of her home. Officers knocked on the door and spoke with Domingo, who told them that he was drinking in the bedroom with her when she became aggressive, sporadically attacking him and throwing him onto the ground for no reason. Then, he said he got up and ran out of the apartment. Alonzo-Alonzo locked the door behind him, so Domingo had to climb to the second-story balcony to check on their 5-month-old baby, who was crying. He waited until Alonzo-Alonzo left the apartment to look for him and locked her out of the residence. They documented the scratches on his neck, back, and face. Then, officers spoke with Alonzo-Alonzo, who could not give them a linear explanation regarding the incident. Alonzo-Alonzo told them that she, Domingo, and her sister were drinking in the bedroom because he forced her to. She said that her sister left with the baby and locked her inside the bedroom, causing her to break down the door. Officers asked her why she didn’t just unlock the door, as the lock was on her side of the door, instead of breaking it down. Alonzo-Alonzo did not have an answer for this. Alonzo-Alonzo had injuries to her hand, which she said happened when Domingo pinched it. However, the injuries were inconsistent with the statement she provided. Her sister left the scene so officers could not speak to her during questioning. Officers deemed Alonzo-Alonzo the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Then, he says, they began to wrestle, and she struck him in the face. Jones went outside to his truck to separate himself from the situation, but Culver followed. He returned to the apartment and locked her out, so she grabbed a cinder block and threw it through the back sliding door to get inside. This caused him to run to his room and lock the door. He said he could hear her destroying items in the house when he called the police. Officers observed a laceration to the left side of his face and hair pulled from his head as they were advised he wished to prosecute. Culver was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.

39-year-old Steven Tigue was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Neacie Keeling, on January 1st. The situation began with an argument over Tigue wanting to drive while he was intoxicated. Keeling took his keys to prevent him from driving, which upset Tigue. Tigue retaliated by grabbing her neck and then throwing a drink at her. Witnesses on the scene corroborated that the assault happened.
