25-year-old Kierah Quendasia Pruitt was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant charging her with domestic assault. Police say she was at the Thirsty Turtle on Bell Road on May 5th with her girlfriend, Kendraneisha Lochelle Burks, and the two got into an argument about who would drive home. At some point in the argument, Pruitt reportedly grabbed her lover by the shirt and punched her in the face several times. A witness also says Pruitt punched the victim again on the way home while at a red light.

Zaire Robinson bites his girlfriend & punches her dog during an argument
Metro Police say 22-year-old Zaire Robinson punched his girlfriend’s dog repeatedly when it tried to protect her after he got physical during an argument. DaShane Hill says she was sitting on a couch when her boyfriend grabbed her by the arms and yelled at her. Her dog began to bark at the boyfriend which “enraged” him, and he then began to punch the dog. As she attempted to shield the dog from the assault, Zaire reportedly grabbed her arm and bit her, leaving a visible human bite mark. Police observed broken glass, broken jewelry, and injured on the victim.
Dosha Mintlow charged after posting intimate videos of former lover — Antioch
31-year-old Dosha Mintlow is charged with unlawful exposure after posting sexually explicit photos of his ex-girlfriend, Shailynn Burch, on multiple sites, including Twitter and Only Fans. She reported the two dates for one year but are no longer together, and that eight such videos were posted, in which her face is recognizable, in January and February of 2022.
Ben Hardin charged with assault of his stepdaughter; his wife says the force used was “unnecessary”
50-year-old Benjamin Hardin, a Metro Nashville employee, is charged with the domestic assault of his stepdaughter. The victim says she was in an argument with her mother, Sonya, when Ben intervened by grabbing her by the neck, squeezing her, and forcing her to the ground. On the way to the ground, her head hit a table, and he reportedly then pinned her to the ground while shouting at her. Ben claims he only stepped in when Sonya looked at him during the altercation and stated, “You need to mediate this!” Ben reportedly told the victim, “This is my house!” while standing nose-to-nose with her, and shortly before taking her to the ground, she responded, “What are you going to do about it?” He claims he proactively took her to the ground to prevent her from assaulting him. Sonya told police the physical force Ben used was “unnecessary,” and she had to pull him off the victim to prevent the situation from escalating further.
Danielle Smithgall threatens to murder her boyfriend, Coty Rick; per police
Coty Rick called police on May 15th about his girlfriend, 33-year-old Danielle Smithgall, being disorderly amid a domestic disturbance. Officers arrived and as they approached the door they heard Smithgall scream “I’m going to fucking murder you!” Officers made contact with Rick to check on his safety, and took Smithgall into custody, charging her with domestic assault. A few days later they were dispatched to another altercation between the two. Although there was no assault alleged during the second incident, she was in violation of her bond conditions which don’t allow her to be in contact with the victim. She was also booked into custody.

Metro Police were dispatched to Victory Ave on May 13th on a disorderly person call. They met with Tymber Fullard, who explained she and friends were visiting Nashville from Georgia to attend a concert. She says her former roommate, 21-year-old Abigail Haley Millsap, followed her from Georgia all the way to Nashville with the intent to harass the group of friends. Millsap reportedly threw a bottle of liquid onto Fullard, causing a “slimy orange-colored liquid” to spill onto her legs, boots, and hands, as the bottle shattered. Millsap fled the scene before police arrived, and a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Jessica Hoffman charged in coffee cup assault of lover on Trinity Lane
51-year-old Jessica Hoffman is charged with domestic assault after her lover, Kristopher Kees, says she assaulted him with a coffee cup. Metro Police responded to the Sohana apartments on May 14th to find Kristopher with a knot on his forehead, which he says came from the coffee cup hitting him.
Father calls police to report son assaulted him two days after it happened — Anthony Holt, arrested
Charles Holt called Metro Nashville Police to his home to report that two days prior to the call, his 25-year-old son, Anthony Holt, had assaulted him. He says the two were in a verbal argument, and when the father attempted to leave the residence to de-escalate the situation, Anthony grabbed his right arm and “threw him to the side.” Officers observed a visible injury to the victim’s right arm. During an interview, Anthony told officers he did grab his father during the altercation.
Sandra Gonzalez charged with assault of her daughter and sister in South Nashville
25-year-old Sandra Gonzalez is charged with the domestic assault of her daughter and her sister after police say she hit her sister’s vehicle in the driveway of a South Nashville residence. As Gonzalez left her vehicle, she reportedly came toward her sister, Herenira Morales, aggressively and repeatedly struck her during the assault. While approaching her sister, she pushed down her juvenile daughter, leaving her with abrasions to her knees. Video of the incident was preserved for court.
Man strangles boyfriend; breaks turn-signal & wiper levers from steering column of his car — Nyitrell Debardelaben
23-year-old Nyitrell Debardelaben was driving on Gallatin Pike when he got into an argument with his lover, Jordan Stone. Nyitrell, who goes by the nickname ‘Moo Moo’ on social media, stopped the car and went into a business. When he came back outside, Jordan says Nyitrell reached through the passenger-side window, grabbed his shirt, clawed at his face, and strangled him with one of his hands. As Jordan called 911, Nyitrell returned to the driver’s side of the vehicle and broke off the levers from the steering column that operated the turn signals and the windshield wipers. Police arrived and documented bruising and cuts on the victim’s neck and face.
