36-year-old Lindsey Brewer told police she consumed two glasses of wine and one can of hard seltzer prior to crashing her vehicle into another vehicle on Edmonson Pike in the overnight hours into Sunday morning. Brewer was reportedly unsteady on her feet and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She was transported to Metro General for a blood draw and then to booking, where she was charged with DUI.

30-year-old David Pierre-Paul told police, “I was just driving straight, and it happened,” when he crashed into a utility pole on Hwy 70 South just after 3 a.m. last weekend. He continued to explain he had just come from Lucky’s 3-Star Bar, where he consumed two Paloma mixed drinks. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.145% BAC on a breathalyzer. He was charged with DUI.
DUI: Tumani Sissoko crashed after leaving Lavo Lounge, wasn’t found for 4 hours
Metro Nashville Police say 29-year-old Tumani Sissoko left the Lavo Lounge just before 3 a.m. Saturday, drove his vehicle off the side of I-24 less than a mile away, and crashed in the area behind Metroplex Drive — where he lay injured until 7:40 a.m. when first responders were alerted to the overnight accident. Police say in those hours after the crash he climbed into the passenger seat, due to the driver’s area being so badly damaged. He stated he wasn’t driving, but the injuries matched the driver’s seat, and that’s where his blood was located. He was charged with DUI.
DUI: Jordan Cunningham charged after 2 a.m. East Nashville crash
Metro Police were dispatched to an accident just before 2 a.m. Thursday at 1111 Gallatin Ave, where they found 24-year-old Jordan Cunningham unsteady on her feet and swaying back and forth. She had rear-ended another vehicle, causing injuries. Police say she reeked of alcohol and stated she had “one drink at work” before she left at 11 p.m. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking after submitting to a blood test at Metro General.
Victoria Craig charged in DUI crash with open bottle of wine & marijuana in car
21-year-old Victoria Craig was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail Sunday morning after police observed her crash her vehicle onBrick Church Pike. Craig was driving, with Allison Reese in the passenger seat. They ran a red light and struck a vehicle driven by Karl Batson. All three were transported for medical evaluation and treatment of minor injuries. While inventorying Craig’s car for towing, officers located a half-empty bottle of White Zinfandel in the driver’s cupholder, a bottle of Cosmopolitan Effen Vodka in the passenger side floorboard, and a bag of marijuana in the other cupholder. During an interview, Craig admitted to drinking shots and smoking marijuana prior to driving.

23-year-old Kristen Burke told police she had just left Lucky’s Bar, where she had been drinking, before crashing her Hyundai near the Hotel Preston on Briley Parkway. Officers say she reeked of alcohol and had watery eyes, and showed some indications of impairment on field sobriety tests. Once at booking, she blew a 0.146% BAC on a breathalyzer test.
Phoebe Tillemans charged with DUI after crash in Nashville
21-year-old Phoebe Tillemans was booked into jailed overnight, and charged with DUI after police say she was intoxicated and crashed her vehicle on I-65 North, and admitted to drinking prior to driving. When asked about the details of the crash, she began telling a story about how she was out with friends but none of the times she recounted it did she ever get close to the car crash part of the story. She also admitted to taking Vyvanse. Tillemans performed poorly on field sobriety tests and refused further testing after admitting to having “3 or 4” drinks of wine.
Ethan Carter charged with public intoxication after refusing to stay away from interstate traffic
Police were investigating a vehicle crash in which 23-year-old Ethan Carter was a passenger. As he exited the vehicle he was obviously intoxicated, and police say he was disorderly during the entire investigation and continuously stumbled into the roadway, into lanes of traffic, and refused to exit the interstate exit-ramp to an area that was safer for pedestrians. He was eventually taken into custody and charged with public intoxication due to his refusal to care for his own safety in his state of intoxication.
DUI: Man has 5 drinks at downtown bar before crashing car on way home — Bohlt Hamrick 0.166 BAC
23-year-old Bohlt Hamrick told police he had around 5 drinks at a #DowntownNashville bar Wednesday night, a mix of both beer and liquor, before he began the drive home. Police and medics would find him extremely intoxicated in a crashed car on Riverbank Drive, where a home security camera captured him speeding down Stone Hall Blvd, striking a curb, and coming to rest in the intersection. He told police he “was just driving home” in the neighborhood, however, he lives in a neighborhood approximately 8 miles away. After field sobriety tests, Hamrick submitted to a breathalyzer, where he blew a 0.166 BAC – over double the legal limit. He was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail, charged with DUI / driving under the influence. He is free on pre-trial release.
