Samson Mitchell calls 911 & asks to speak to the Chief of Police during his arrest

Goodlettsville Police responded to the Autumn Chase Apartments at 4 a.m. after a resident reported that her upstairs neighbor was beating on her door with a baseball bat, describing him as a white male in jeans and cowboy boots. Officers arrived at the location and located 21-year-old Samson Mitchell, who matched the description of the subject of the call, and who was intoxicated. He told police he was beating on the door of the apartment because he was assaulted by a “meth head” who he believed to live there, described as a black man with long hair. Officers met with the residents of that apartment, who did not match the description of his alleged assailant.

When further questions about what transpired, Mitchell became uncooperative and belligerent. He then used his phone to call 911 and asked to speak to the Chief of Police. As officers attempted to place him under arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct, he walked away, and once cuffed, he locked his legs together in an attempt to prevent being placed in a patrol car.

Man doing donuts in parking lot asks cop if his driving was any good — Nicholas Ruffino

Goodlettsville Police say 28-year-old Nicholas Ruffino was driving his gray Nissan Rogue in the parking lot of Rivergate Mall Thursday evening. Officer Thomas Eisenbraun says he observed Ruffino doing donuts in the parking lot, and abruptly stopped when he noticed the patrol car. Ruffino reportedly jumped out of his vehicle and stated he was just “letting off some steam” before asking the officer if his driving “was any good?” Mall security stated he had been driving around vehicles and light poles in the parking lot. Ruffino immediately took a plea at his hearing the next morning, agreeing to pay the $106 in court costs, and the case was dismissed.

Asyia Lewis & Kameisha Patterson both charged in lover’s brawl

18-year-old Asyia Lewis & 21-year-old Kameisha Patterson were jailed this week after Goodlettsville Police responded to a ‘disorderly subject’ call on Green Circle on July 7th to find a large group of people inside a home yelling at Kameisha Patterson to leave the property. While officers were at the home, they observed Patterson’s girlfriend, Asyia Lewis, slap her in the face — she says she just found out that Patterson had cheated on her. They also observed Patterson slamming an iPhone onto the ground and throwing a trophy across the room. Patterson was restrained and taken out of the apartment, but pulled away and attempted to flee as she was being cuffed. Patterson is also accused of striking Asyia’s mother, Lumeka, in the face. During the investigation, Patterson claimed she needed to use the restroom and when a female officer was escorting her to the restroom she sprinted away from custody for a short period of time before being captured again.
