DUI: Victoria Hellman jailed after erratic driving on I-65

25-year-old Victoria Hellman was driving erratically on I-65 N late Sunday night, quickly switching between 50 mph and 80 mph repeatedly. As an officer observed her, she ran off the right side of the road, then ran back onto the road and across multiple lanes. A traffic stop was conducted, and she was visibly intoxicated. Hellman admitted to having “a few drinks at the bar” prior to driving. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI.

DUI: Kenneth Strickler crashes twice within minutes, says “I’m drunk, take me to jail!”

72-year-old Kenneth Strickler crashed into a car on Long Hollow Pike in Goodlettsville, and as police were responding, he fled from the scene and drove a short distance, and crashed into another car in a nearby parking lot. As officers made contact with him at his final crash site, Strickler advised he was drunk and needed to go to jail. He was unable to stand for field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Braxton Mckissack busted by Petty Goodlettsville Police Officer William Campbell

25-year-old Braxton Mckissack was booked this week on two citations stemming from a December traffic stop in Goodlettsville. Officers say that during the traffic stop, they allegedly established probable cause to search his 2015 Chevy Malibu. Petty Police Officer William Campbell discovered 1 ounce of marijuana in a backpack behind the driver’s seat, along with a digital scale.

Trifling Tourists: Stacy Page accuses husband of having affair with a man on Nashville trip

48-year-old Stacy Page says she suspected her husband, 53-year-old Richard Page, of cheating on her with a man. When she confronted him about the alleged affair at the Candlewood Suites in Goodlettsville, she says he slapped her in the face. She retaliated by smashing him across the head with a glass liquor bottle, leaving him with a significant gash. Police responded to the location, and the primary aggressor could not be determined, so both were taken into custody and charged with domestic assault. The question of his rainbow rendezvous was not answered, and the couple bonded out to their Heidelburg, Mississippi, address.

Dayvion Holloway charged: fighting while high in public

Goodlettsville Police say they responded to a fight in progress at a gas station and located 21-year-old Dayvion Holloway as one of the involved parties. While speaking with Holloway, they observed him to be “highly intoxicated.” He refused to cooperate with officers and became aggressive. Holloway was then taken into custody for public intoxication, and a search incident to arrest resulted in him also being charged with the 21.8 grams of marijuana found in his left front pocket.

Jahya Maxwell attempted to rob Rivergate 7-Eleven, ended up throwing donuts around the store

Police say 18-year-old Jahya Maxwell came to the 7-Eleven on Long Hollow Pike, where she is no longer employed, and attempted to get into the cash register. She pushed two current employees, Reade Herskovitz and Shellie Vickers, and assaulted him. When she was unable to get into the cash register, she threw a cup of water at Herskovitz and knocked over a chip rack. In a final act of frustration, Maxwell emptied the donuts from the donut case and threw them around the store.

Local woman Sharan Miles declared drunk & disorderly inside Nashville Airport

Airport Police responded to the ‘True to Tennessee’ retail store inside the Nashville International Airport on August 30th for a welfare check. Officers arrived and were directed to Tootsie’s bar, where they found 48-year-old Shara Ann Miles sitting inside. She was identified as the woman who had been staggering through the retail store and reeked of alcohol and became belligerent with the officer while yelling and loudly cursing inside the bar. Due to her behavior and inability to care for herself, Miles was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

DUI: Nashville Firefighter Justin Blackburn says police shouldn’t arrest him, out of respect; just follow him home

29-year-old Nashville Firefighter Justin Blackburn was driving 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Dickerson Pike and swerving out of his lane multiple times as police pulled him over just before midnight Wednesday. Blackburn, who reeked of alcohol, made jokes about “eating cookies while driving,” denied drinking any alcohol, and later admitted his cookies joke wasn’t funny. After failing field sobriety tests, and as he was being placed into custody, Blackburn began to make it known he was a Nashville Fire Fighter and repeatedly stated he should be shown respect and the officer should just follow him home instead of arresting him.

Audria Denning charged after bringing her ‘girl squad’ to assault her ex-lover & his prized car

20-year-old Audria Marie Denning was jailed this week after she, accompanied by her two juvenile sisters, appeared at the home of her ex-boyfriend, Nesseam Alidani, six weeks after the breakup. She reportedly learned he had a new girlfriend and brought her girl squad to damage and dent his car. She then called and told him to come outside and look at his car, at which time all three girls attacked him. The victim states he was able to avoid being injured by deflecting the multiple and repeated hits with his arms.
