Herschel Bischoff accuses daughter’s husband of kidnapping her to Jamaica

52-year-old Herschel Bischoff was jailed on January 10th after his daughter and her husband reported him for harassment. On November 15th, 2023, Brittany McQueen and her husband, Steve McQueen, reported to police that Bischoff had repeatedly been harassing them. Brittany also stated that she has made it clear that she does not want any contact with her family. Despite this, Bischoff posted on social media numerous times advising that Brittany is missing and that her husband had kidnapped her, taking her to Jamaica. He would then ask family members to help and contact Brittany regarding the supposed kidnapping. Bischoff has also repeatedly called Brittany and Steve from multiple numbers made on WhatsApp to contact them. Steve stated that Bischoff would repeatedly call him and accuse him of kidnapping his daughter in addition to trafficking underage girls. Steve advised that Bischoff would also call him numerous racial slurs and derogatory names as well. Brittany recently obtained an order of protection against Bischoff, which has yet to be served. Brittany and Steve have had to change their numbers multiple times to get Bischoff to stop calling them. Herschel Bischoff was taken into custody and charged with two counts of harassment on January 10th.

Bryan Keach enters ex-girlfriend’s home uninvited, threatens to burn her house down

40-year-old Bryan Keach was involved in a domestic altercation with his ex-girlfriend, Andrea Hill, at her residence on December 8th. Hill advised officers that she wanted an order of protection against Keach. She stated they have a pending court date involving an assault and that he has been mentioning suicide to her, claiming that he is going to beat her up and that she was lucky that he did not kill her. Hill told him to stop again, and there have been three messages since then that she has not responded to. Then, when she was sleeping, Keach entered her residence uninvited, yelling, waking her out of her sleep. Keach began dumping out her purse and turned on the gas stove, threatening to burn the house down. Officers were notified of the bond condition between the parties, stating there was supposed to be no communication, and they observed the messages Hill provided and the video showing him in the residence. Keach was taken into custody for harassment, aggravated criminal trespassing, violation of a no-contact order, and aggravated assault.

Damon Suiter threatens wife through text numerous times, “I’ll be there in 65 minutes to kill everyone inside that building.”

25-year-old Damon C. Suiter was booked on November 18th for stalking his estranged wife, Cassie Suiter. In January, Cassie reached out to the police about her husband repeatedly texting and calling her with threats to take her life and others. Cassie explained that she blocked Damon’s phone number, but he continued to call from different numbers. Officers reviewed a text message from Damon stating, “Cassie, I swear to God I’ll attack you too if you think this is a joke. I’m almost to my pistol, then it’s you.” He also stated, “I’ll be there in 65 minutes to kill everyone inside that building.” The officers reviewed weeks of threatening text messages from Damon. When officers spoke to Damon over the phone, he told them that he was wearing body armor and had a gun. He advised that he would shoot the police officers in the back when he got to the Mike’s Ice Cream Shop. Officers recorded the phone call to document the statements, and Cassie recognized Damon’s voice to confirm that he was the one speaking. The statements that Damon made caused Metro officers to enact safety precautions at the ice cream shop caused Clarksville PD to respond to his home to gather information, and caused THP to keep a lookout for his vehicle as he stated he was driving from Clarksville to Nashville to commit the shooting.

Kierra Hockett jailed after harassing her stylist, Chelsey Green, at Popgirl Parlour

28-year-old Kierra Hockett, a former booster featured on Scoop: Nashville, is accused of reportedly harassing Charley Green from April through July before a summons was issued in August. Hocket was a former client of Green, and since April, she has called Green’s house screaming and yelling repeatedly, drove around Green’s girlfriend’s house numerous times, as well as Green’s Salon Popgirl Parlour, and even slashed her tires twice. Hockett was taken into custody for harassment on October 17th.

TV Host Alana McLaughlin charged with harassing ex-boyfriend; sending nasty messages

21-year-old Alana McLaughlin, who is the host of Perspectives with Alana McLaughlin on Fox17 in Nashville, was charged with harassment on October 6 after she continued to text and contact her ex-boyfriend, Johnathon Davis, after being told to cease all communications. Johnathon Davis had told Alana he felt they were no longer compatible just after 6 a.m. on September 11. He blocked her number, at which point she began to send harassing messages via CashApp and other forms of social media, with the apparent intention to annoy and offend the victim. She also made insulting and derogatory remarks about the victim’s disabled juvenile son. A summons was issued for her arrest that afternoon, and she was booked on that summons last week in Nashville. Copies of the purported texts are included in the story.

Matthew Studer threatens to kill mom when he’s denied college tuition

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at Trail Cir. On the night of October 6th. Prior to officers arriving, 32-year-old Matthew Studer became upset with his mother, Kelly Studer, when she denied paying his college tuition and sent her two texts stating, “Kelly, just to warn you, sleep with one eye open” and “The next time you’ll see Matt’s significant life moment, it’ll be in the courtroom.”

Matthew also made two Facebook posts stating, “Well, she better sleep with one eye open; either that or my 33rd birthday will be spent underground; I dare anyone to call the cops.” In the second post, he posted his mother’s address, her vehicle, and her place of employment before ending the post, saying, “Take her out by any means.”

Kelly Studer told officers she was afraid of what Matthew might do when he returned after she saw the post. Matthew returned to the scene from college and immediately began to walk away and drop all his belongings when the officers asked to speak with him. Matthew Studer was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for harassment and resisting.

Florida man John Burgett indicted on identity theft and harassment charges

The July Grand Jury indicted 57-year-old John Burgett for two counts of identity theft, trafficking, and harassment. Detectives say John knowingly used Tracy D. McMurtry’s identity without permission on August 25th, 2022. He also intended to give out personal identifying information without the consent of Tracy D. McMurtry. From August 3rd to 15th, John knowingly communicated with Tracy McMurtry in a manner that would annoy, offend, alarm, or frighten. He was placed into custody for the charges on August 18th.

Elizabeth Bennet shows up to have sex with ex-lover; charged with harassment

61-year-old told police she got drunk Friday and went to the home of her ex-boyfriend, Harris Stephens, with the intention of having sex. She said when she arrived, she knocked on the door a few times and claimed Stephens eventually opened the door and struck her in the face, so she called police to report the incident. A short investigation revealed he had ended their relationship nearly two weeks prior, and the senior lady had taped several notes to his door and slid some into his home under the door. She repeatedly called and left voicemails, despite blocking her numbers continuously. Officers determined there was no assault and that Elizabeth was actually harassing her ex-lover. She was taken into custody and transported to booking.
