Nathaniel Starr tells police “I like them old” after being accused of inappropriately touching a child

39-year-old Nathaniel Starr was taken into custody for sexual battery and indecent exposure on April 13th after officers were dispatched to the Cambodian International Buddhist Temple on Dellway Drive regarding a 14-year-old boy being inappropriately touched. When officers arrived, the boy told them he and his father were at the location to celebrate Chinese New Year, adding that his father’s acquaintance, Starr, also attended the event. The juvenile victim advised that his dad had to drop someone off and asked him to accompany him, but Starr interjected and suggested he stay with him at the party.

During the party, both he and Starr went to the bathroom together, where Starr cupped the juvenile victim’s buttocks, attempting to pull him toward him, so he pushed him away, which was when Starr lowered his pants and showed his penis. The juvenile victim stated he ran from the bathroom and went to get help.

When officers questioned Starr, he said he had come to the party with his husband. He added that he had gone to the bathroom, and when he came out, people were screaming at him, and he didn’t know why until he was detained by security. Officers asked Starr if he knew the 14-year-old, which he initially said no before telling them he knew him through his father.

He admitted to having “a couple of shots” and stated that he had no idea why the boy would be accusing him. Starr admitted to going to the bathroom with the juvenile victim but insisted that nothing sexual occurred, adding, “I do not like them young; I like them old.” A witness told officers that the juvenile victim approached him after running from the bathroom, telling them, “That guy just touched me and showed me his dick.” He added that when Starr walked out of the bathroom, the boy pointed him out.

Roderick Clark booked after officers see him “holding his p*nis” while urinating on side of road

56-year-old Roderick Edmond Clark urinated by the road near Charlotte Pike and Sawyer Brown on March 12th. Officers observed Clark peeing on the side of the road while several cars passed. Officers noted that Clark was “holding his p*nis” and that they could see “urine exiting his body.” So, they approached and cited him for the incident that day. Clark was booked on the citation for indecent exposure on April 4th.

Elizabeth Ibarra caught naked with man in car, tells police they were “having sex”

26-year-old Elizabeth Lizeth Ibarra was in the backseat of a vehicle engaging in sexual intercourse with Ibrahim Firatli in the Percy Warner Park parking lot on Vaughn Road on February 18th. Officers observed this and asked them what was going on. The couple replied they were “having sex.” Officers cited both of them for the incident that day. Ibarra and Firatli were both booked on the citation of indecent exposure on March 26th.

23-year-old Ibrahim Firatli was in the backseat of a vehicle engaging in sexual intercourse with Elizabeth Lizeth Ibarra in the Percy Warner Park parking lot on Vaughn Road on February 18th. Officers observed this and asked them what was going on. The couple replied they were “having sex.” Officers cited both of them for the incident that day. Firatli was booked on the citation of indecent exposure on March 26th.

TSU professor Brian Nagy exposes himself to neighbor’s doorbell camera multiple times

52-year-old Brian George Nagy, an Assistant Professor at TSU, inappropriately exposed himself to his two neighbors on Meharry Boulevard in the early hours of March 14th. The victims notified the police of the incident and provided them with video footage showing Nagy, at 12:39 a.m., walking up to and facing their camera, yelling, “Take a look at my dick,” and, “You want to see my dick?” After screaming at the camera, he pulled his pants down, exposed his genitals, yelled at the camera again, and walked out of camera view. Three minutes later, he returned to the backyard camera, turned around, and pulled his pants down, showing his bare buttocks. He smacked his buttocks repeatedly for about 14 seconds on the camera before pulling up his pants and leaving. Then, at 1:40 a.m., he approached the backyard camera and showed his buttocks again while sticking up his middle finger from behind before walking out of camera view. He came back a minute later, “mooned” the camera again, left, and at 2:36 a.m., “mooned” the camera for about 5 seconds for a final time.

On March 20th, between 1:33 a.m. and 3:39 a.m., Nagy continued to go to the same neighbor’s camera, flipping them off, yelling obscenities, exposing his buttocks, and placing them in fear for their safety. He was also seen via camera, completely nude, with only a sock covering up his penis while shaking it from side to side. Nagy was taken into custody for four counts of indecent exposure and two counts of stalking on March 22nd.

60-Year-old Gica Nechifor shows woman his “package” outside post office

60-year-old Gica Nechifor was taken into custody for indecent exposure on March 7th. On January 10th, AV, the complainant, filed a report regarding an incident on August 25th, 2023. AV stated that when she was leaving the Post Office on East Old Hickory Boulevard, she observed a male, later identified as Nechifor, standing between his open passenger side door and the passenger seat making kissing faces at her. Then, she quickly realized his genitals were exposed and that he was masturbating. She described him to the officers and provided photos of his truck when he left the scene, showing the license plate registered to Nechifor.

Dominic Larocco jailed after “Jerkin’ His Johnson” while driving on the interstate

23-year-old Dominic Larocco was taken into custody for indecent exposure on March 4th. On February 6th, the victim filed a report stating they were driving on the interstate, and Larocco was next to them with his window down, playing pornography from his cell phone mounted on his windshield. They said they then drove off and got into the far lane to exit the interstate, but Larocco followed, pacing his car next to theirs. During this, they observed Larocco winking at them while masturbating. They got Larocco’s license plate from his vehicle and then went to make the report. Larocco was identified in a photo lineup.

59-year-old Professor Linda Knieps exposes herself to 11-year old child

Professor Linda Knieps was jailed Thursday after police say she exposed her 59-year-old breasts to a man and his 11-year-old son. Bansal Deepak initially made the report to police in September and provided video of Knieps lifting her shirt and exposing herself to himself and his son while flipping off the camera as he recorded the incident. Police say this happened on at least two occasions. A warrant was issued for her arrest, charging her with indecent exposure, and she was served the warrant this week.

Craig Miller stands in middle of Broadway, shows everyone his “Male Parts”

25-year-old Craig Miller was disorderly at Shake Shack on the night of November 10. Miller was in a fighting stance when officers arrived, so they put him in handcuffs before talking to the other citizen involved, who wished to remain anonymous, who advised them that Miller approached him and tried to take the Nikes he just purchased. A security guard from Legend’s Corner approached officers when they were talking to Miller and were advised that earlier, he was showing his male parts to everyone in the middle of the road, even with children present. Miller was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and indecent exposure.

Frequent Fapper Montez Batts jailed after multiple indecent incidents

41-year-old Montez Batts reportedly stared at Madison Mason, walking her dog around 10 a.m. while sitting in his Chevy Malibu on 4th and Madison on April 22nd, 2022. She said that Montez rolled down his window while m*/sturbating to show her what he was doing seemingly. Madison said that he never left the vehicle but later drove off. The officer she reported the indecent exposure to found several other complaints involving a man doing similar things in a Chevy Malibu over the course of a couple of months. The registration was found to be in the ownership of Sharon Harris when the police first investigated, but after the tags needed to be renewed, they found that the ownership had changed to Montez Batts. He was brought into the police headquarters on December 8th of 2022, where police conducted a lineup, and Madison pointed out Montez as the man from the incident back in April. Montez fit the description of two other women, Jenni Melville, and Nicole Havill, in the area complaining that he pulled up to them in a Chevy Malibu with the same registration tag and began m*/turbating in 2022.

On September 9th, police were surveilling the Northside Market on 18th Ave around 10 p.m. when they saw a vehicle pull up with tags registered to Montez Batts. Montez’s license was revoked, and police saw him and a passenger exit the vehicle with what looked like a weapon in their waistbands. Once police found that Montez was a felon, they followed him out of the parking lot. They conducted a traffic stop on Simpkins St. Montez, exited the vehicle without instruction, and began walking toward the patrol vehicle. The officer engaged in a conversation with him until backup arrived. The officer then spoke to the passenger, asked him to step out of the vehicle, and removed the firearm from his person for the duration of the stop for safety. He told the police that he had no other firearm, and police placed Montez into custody.

Police found marijuana in his sock and a digital scale in his pocket. Inside the vehicle, they found a Glock 43 within arms reach of Montez’s driver’s seat. The passenger stated that the weapon was also his but could not tell the officers what model or caliber of the weapon. He told police that he bought his weapon from a gun store, but he bought the Glock 43 from a friend, which police advised could mean the weapon was stolen. The passenger changed his story to the Glock not being his. Police determined that Montez owned the weapon, causing him to have a weapon while being a convicted felon.
