Catholic High School President J. Marshall Hyzdu jailed after harassing women in Nashville bar

45-year-old Catholic school president James Marshall Hyzdu was jailed in Nashville Saturday after reportedly following women around a Nashville bar, making them feel uncomfortable. Security at The Twelve Thirty Club says Hyzdu came into the bar and began to follow women around, making them uncomfortable and annoyed with the behavior. Hyzdu was escorted out of the location, only to return and continue the behavior. According to security, he was escorted out of the building six times and continued to return, even changing his clothing once to change his appearance. He was eventually detained until Metro Nashville Police arrived and took him into custody. They noted his extreme level of intoxication and had no one to contact to retrieve him or assist him back to his hotel. J. Marshall Hyzdu is the President of Archbishop Moeller High School, an all-boys Catholic school in Cincinnati, OH.

Jack Dawson crashes through Broadway window while “play fighting” with friend in downtown Nashville

30-year-old Jack Dawson was “play fighting” with friend Harry Rigby on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning in front of Big Time Boots. The two fell into the front glass of the store, shattering the window. Police arrived to find both individuals reeking of alcohol. Dawson was unable to answer any questions, but did acknowledge he pushed Rigby into the window. Both were taken into custody and transported to booking.

Kelsey Nolan jailed after fight in downtown Nashville

28-year-old Kelsey Nolan was involved in a fight outside Honky Tonk Central on Broadway in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning. Officers arrived and separated the two individuals, and neither wanted to press charges. Both were told to leave the area; however, Nolan began swinging her arms while yelling and confronting another person. Nolan was yelling that someone from that group had attacked her friend, and she was continuing to agitate a fight. She was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.

Kevin Alexander kicked out of Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa, upset he isn’t allowed back in

22-year-old Kevin Alexander was jailed on November 12th after officers were flagged down by security at Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa on Broadway. When the officers arrived, they observed Kevin kicking the bar sign and being aggressive toward security. He then became aggressive with the officers and was detained. Security advised that Kevin was kicked out of the bar earlier in the day and became aggressive when he couldn’t re-enter.

Joseph Lindsley threatens to shoot bouncers while taking his clothes off in downtown Nashville

43-year-old model Joseph Lindsley was jailed on Sunday evening after officers were flagged down at Ole Smoky for an individual who was screaming in the middle of the street, threatening to shoot security. The security team had already detained Mr. Lindsley, and he refused to speak with the police. The security advised that Mr. Lindsley was drinking in the bar for a while before he finally left, but he returned, asking security to help him find his vehicle. He then became aggressive, told them he was going to shoot them when they told him they couldn’t help him, and began taking his clothes off. The security determined it was best for them, the patrons, and Mr. Lindsley if they detained him. Officers then arrested Mr. Lindsley as he was unable to care for himself.

Marquael Clinger sold $10 Nitrous Oxide balloons outside Phish Concert in Nashville

23-year-old Marquael Clinger was observed walking with multiple inflated balloons in the area of the Walk of Fame Park just outside the Phish concert in downtown Nashville this weekend. Officers described a sea of fifty to one hundred people who were all partaking in inhaling nitrous oxide via inflated balloons. Officers noted some were talkative; some were talking about how high they were; some were quiet, while others vomited. Clinger admitted to selling balloons for $10 each.

Matthew Landan faces felony after filling Nitrous Oxide balloons at Phish concert

On October 7th, 51-year-old Matthew Landan was observed in the area of the Walk of Fame Park just outside the Phish concert in downtown Nashville. Officers described a sea of fifty to one hundred people who were all partaking in inhaling nitrous oxide via inflated balloons. Officers noted some were talkative; some were talking about how high they were; some were quiet, while others vomited.  While patrolling, officers witnessed two of them actively filling balloons as one fled on foot; the other, Landan, was detained after resisting and then taken into custody.

Matthew Johnson jailed after rowdy night in downtown Nashville

31-year-old Matthew Johnson was extremely intoxicated on Broadway in downtown Nashville late Saturday night. Officers say he was refusing to leave Luigi’s Pizza when they approached and attempted to assist him with locating a ride back to his home or hotel. He refused to provide a taxi driver with an address and stated he was not ready to go home. Officers took him into custody and transported him to booking. 

Michael Rowland jailed after smacking police horse on the ass in downtown Nashville

25-year-old New Yorker Michael Rowland is charged with assault of an officer after he smacked a police horse on the ass Saturday night in downtown Nashville. The horse reportedly jumped, which placed the mounted officer “in fear of falling off the horse and hurting himself,” according to Metro Nashville Police. The officer was able to corner Rowland as other officers responded and took him into custody for the assault.
