27-year-old Mark Boutsisomphone was involved in a domestic disturbance with his mother, Kheo Boutsisomphone, at Whites Creek Pike Apartments on October 23rd. Officers arrived and spoke with Kheo, who advised them that she and Mark had previously argued, and she left with her daughter and came back to kick him out of the apartment when he pushed the door open, pushing her out of the way. Then an argument ensued in the kitchen as Kheo was telling Mark that he could no longer stay there, so he picked up a kitchen knife and said, “We are all dead.” if the police or anyone else tried to remove him from the residence. Kheo felt threatened by this, and Mark left as the argument ended. Kheo’s neighbor, who witnessed the incident, spoke with police and confirmed Kheo’s statements. Mark Boutsisomphone was taken into custody on November 7th for aggravated assault.

Wilfredo Lebron bites brother’s thigh & bicep, squeezes his genitals during latest argument
In the continued dispute between two brothers, 41-year-old Wilfredo Lebron is now on the other end of the situation and finds himself jailed – the same place his brother, Justin Lebron, was in just days ago. In today’s incident, Wilfredo came into the Sohano apartment and began to argue with Justin, lunging toward him twice, then biting him once on the left bicep and again on the left thigh. Justin says his brother then squeezed his b*lls and ripped a necklace from his neck.
Brittney Colgan charged with DUI after leaving Lipstick Lounge, falling asleep behind the wheel
Metro Nashville Police located 37-year-old Brittney Colgan asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle after she was involved in a crash near Fern Ave. and Brick Church Pike. She eventually awoke to officers knocking on the window but couldn’t immediately figure out how to roll the window down. She admitted to drinking two gin and tonics at the Lipstick Lounge before driving. She stated the accident occurred at Lipstick Lounge, and she believed the person who hit her lived near Fern Ave., and that’s why she was in this area to locate the person. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Joshua Crawford charged after punching & biting boyfriend during bedroom assault
David Jones says his boyfriend, 28-year-old Joshua Crawford, woke him up from his sleep by yelling and screaming at him while holding his phone and asking him about things on it. As Jones reached up to retrieve his phone, he says Joshua Crawford punched him in the face to knock him back then continued to punch, scratch, and bite him. He then escaped to a bathroom, locked the door, and called police. Police documented multiple injuries on the victim’s body and took Crawford into custody.
Sharon Heaton found passed out in front of stranger’s apartment door she thought was her own
Metro Police say 24-year-old Sharon Heaton was trying to enter an apartment that wasn’t hers on Sunday. The actual resident of the apartment believed someone was attempting to break into their home and called 911. Officers arrived to find Heaton passed out on the ground in front of the apartment door. She eventually regained some awareness, but was still extremely intoxicated and was a danger to herself and others. She refused medical services, and with no one else to care for her, was booked into jail, charged with public intoxication.
