Nicholas Behel interferes with arrest on Broadway

25-year-old Nicholas John Behel was interfering with an arrest on Broadway in the early hours of Monday.  Officers were in the vicinity of a fight, intervened, and began to take an individual involved into custody. This was when Behel started to interfere with the arrest. He remained on the scene and continued interjecting into their investigation, ignoring numerous commands to leave the area.  Behel was taken into custody for disorderly conduct.

Nashville TikToker Quention Pringle jailed after smashing girlfriend’s wall & mirror, fleeing from police

28-year-old TikToker “CueballCapalot0”, AKA Quention Pringle, was jailed early Saturday morning in Nashville after vandalizing his girlfriend’s property and running from police. Taylor Barlow told police she had gotten angry with Pringle while he was on a live broadcast, and they had an argument, which led to him punching her wall and mirror and throwing his computer monitor at the window, breaking it. Once the argument moved outside, Pringle reportedly used his arm to hit the windshield of her vehicle. He initially refused to speak with responding officers and ran from them as they told him to stop at least three times. He denied the vandalism but was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.

Melissa Grisales drunk and disorderly at Flamingo Cocktail Club

25-year-old Melissa Grisales was involved in an altercation at the Flamingo Cocktail Club in the early hours of Saturday morning. Police arrived at the disturbance call to find Grisales walking around outside the bar. She reeked of alcohol and stated she had no memory of anything that occurred. She was unsure of her current location and just wanted to go home, according to officers. Due to her level of intoxication, she was taken into custody and transported to booking. 

Justin Matthew Stephens “gone in the Gulch” due to his level of intoxication

37-year-old Justin Stephens was found unconscious in the grass just outside the Turnip Truck in the Gulch late Friday night by police working patrol in the area. Officers were eventually able to awaken Stephens, who was disoriented and had difficulty answering questions. He reportedly reeked of alcohol and refused all assistance and transport to a local hospital. Left with no options, officers took him into custody for public intoxication and transported him to booking.

#ItzNotReal — Cameron Mitchell of #ItsRealTV arrested at Vanderbilt, where he pretended to work

35-year-old Cameron Mitchell, known by many for his “ItzReal” brand of projects, including #ITzRealTV, used to create and share popular videos in Nashville, was jailed in Nashville Saturday. In addition to his branding, he often boasts about working at “two Vanderbilt departments” while wearing full head-to-toe Vanderbilt clothing and showing off his alleged international trips online. Vanderbilt Police took Mitchell into custody just before 5 a.m. Saturday after he was caught on the tenth floor going through bags of electronics. Despite telling the officers he was a Vanderbilt employee, they confirmed he had been long since terminated. Mitchel disclosed to police he was homeless and slept in the building. He retained both his employee badge and a set of master keys to the building. A stolen VUMC check was also found in his backpack.

Chattanooga teen Everett Driver uses fake ID at Jason Aldean’s; tosses dink from the rooftop

18-year-old Everett Driver from Chattanooga threw a cup of ice from the rooftop of Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville, according to police who were working in the district late Friday night. The cup nearly struck an officer on the ground. Security identified Driver as the person who threw the cup using recorded video. Upon identifying Driver, it was discovered he was only 18 years old and had two fake TN IDs in his possession, each with different birthdays, making him over the age of 21.

NY teen Margaret Patrick uses fake ID to drink at Jason Aldean’s Bar in downtown Nashville

19-year-old New York tourist Margaret Patrick was jailed in Nashville late Friday night after it was discovered she was using a fake ID to drink at Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Rooftop Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville. She was with a younger teenager who tossed cups of ice from the rooftop, bringing the couple to the attention of the police. As they identified her, it became clear that her identification was not genuine. The ID was seized, and she was taken into custody and transported to booking.

DUI: Emily Trenthem too drunk to perform sobriety tests

25-year-old Emily Trenthem refused to receive any help from EMS at 51st Avenue North on December 7th. When officers arrived, they were greeted by Trenthem sitting in her car, which was running. When asked by the officers, Trenthem tried to get out of her car but was stumbling all over herself and seemed heavily inebriated. Trenthem said that she had told EMS multiple times that she was drunk. So, officers attempted to get her to perform field sobriety tests, but Trenthem was unable to stand up to complete any, so they deemed the tests unsafe. She refused to use the breathalyzer and draw blood, so she was taken into custody. While in custody, she repeatedly asked to go home and slipped her hand out of the handcuffs multiple times. Trenthem was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and implied consent.

Antonio Tate caught sleeping in stolen Chevy Tahoe

40-year-old Antonio Tate was jailed on December 7th after police discovered he was asleep in a stolen vehicle. Officers noticed a Chevy Tahoe backed into one of the parking spaces at Intown Suites on Murfreesboro Pike and ran the tags. No information came back on the tags, so officers ran a query on the VIN. The vehicle came back as reported stolen out of Memphis. Officers woke Tate, placed him into custody, and transported him to booking.

Moraza Nurizbelixa assaults sleeping husband after finding nothing on his phone

32-year-old Moraza Romero Nurizbelixa was involved in a domestic dispute with her husband, Marvin Orlando Alvarez Varela, at the apartments on Haywood Lane in the late hours of December 7th. Nurizbelixa spoke with officers and stated she and Varela had an argument that resulted in him hitting her and that he sustained the injury to his lip because she defended herself. Varela advised officers that he was asleep when Nurizbelixa suddenly jumped on him and began to attack him, upset because she could not find anything on his phone. He said she grabbed his neck and punched him in the face, causing his lip injury. Then, Nurizbelixa grabbed some of his money and threw it, which she admitted to. Nelson Ahman Banegas Alvarez witnessed the incident and stated that Nurizbelixa initiated the physical altercation. Nurizbelixa was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault.
