Justin Lillard smashes $4K table and bouncer’s face at Twelve Thirty Club during CMA Fest

Police say 37-year-old Justiun Lillard assaulted an employee on the second floor of the Twelve Thirty Club on Broadway during CMA Fest Sunday night. Security initially responded as Lillard and another individual were fighting, and bouncers separated the individuals and held them apart. Danial Holm took control of Lillard and began to escort him out of the venue, and once outside, Lillard punched him square in the face, leaving him with bruising to his left cheek and eye. During the original altercation, Lillard knocked over and damaged a $4,000 table.

Ross Wilkerson bounced from Whiskey Row for being drunk and disorderly in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Ross Wilkerson was arguing with his girlfriend at Whiskey Row on Broadway in downtown Nashville Sunday when security eventually escorted him out of the venue for being disorderly and disturbing other patrons. He encountered MNPD Officers outside, who noted he reeked of alcohol and was swaying and unsteady on his feet. Due to his behavior and level of intoxication, Wilkerson was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

Jessica Robertson threatens to kill everyone in a school over third-grade retention policy

20-year-old Jessica Robertson is charged with threatening mass violence against a school after she called J.T. Moore middle school and threatened to kill everyone, stating she was upset about the 3rd-grand retention policy, which makes some students repeat the school year if they do poorly on a single test. Robertson called the school on May 24 and left a voicemail stating, “Hey, I have a question. Why the f*-k do y’all government think it’s OK to make g*dd-mn third graders repeat f*-king elementary school? Like, what the f-*k? I’m gonna kill y’all. Bye.”

School personnel matched the caller ID to a family with prior children at the school and turned the information over to detectives, who visited the family’s home. The parents at the location confirmed the number belonged to their daughter, Jessica Robertson. They said a few days prior, the news was on TV, and Jessica became enraged about this particular story and informed her mother was “going upstairs to call the government!”

Keioka Caldwell charged in assault of ex-girlfriend after bad breakup

33-year-old Keioka Caldwell and her girlfriend, Elonnie Woodard, recently ended their relationship and got into a verbal argument over the situation on June 9. While at Elonnie’s home, Keioka was reportedly intoxicated and began to “talk foul” about her ex to another woman via phone. Elonnie says Keioka began to abuse her verbally, so she smacked the phone from her hand but didn’t cause any damage. Keioka reportedly then began to strangle her ex and pull her hair. The victim says she was choked a second time and nearly lost consciousness. A witness intervened to end the fight and corroborated the events to responding officers.

Harpreet Singh jailed after drunkenly harassing women at Nashville Sundae Club

Police received calls about 41-year-old Harpreet Singh harassing women in the area of the Nashville Sundae Club on 11th Ave South Friday night. Officers located him on the sidewalk in front of the location and quickly noticed his level of extreme intoxication. He could not tell officers where he was staying or locate his phone or ID. During the interaction, his phone and ID were found nearby where he had dropped them. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. 

Musician Logan Millwood partied too hard at CMA Fest in Nashville

22-year-old Nashville musician Logan Millwood played on the AMP Stage during CMA Fest this weekend as he seemed to be having the time of his life – until police found him at the corner of 4th & Demonbreun in the early hours of Sunday morning. Police say he was vomiting and then staggering along the roadway while attempting to get into several cars. He was visibly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Officers took him into custody and charged him with public intoxication.

Dylan Reiordan fights security who kicked him out of Whiskey Row on Broadway

21-year-old Dylan Reiordan was booted from Whiskey on Broadway in downtown Nashville in the early hours of Sunday morning after becoming drunk and disorderly inside the establishment. Security escorted him outside, and he appeared to have gone about his way for the evening. A short time later, Dylan returned to the bar and attempted to fight security to get back inside. Nearby officers took him into custody and transported him to booking due to his behavior.

Peter Freeman resists arrest after being bounced from Kid Rock’s Bar during CMA Fest

43-year-old Peter Jason Freeman was kicked out of Kid Rock’s Bar in the early hours of Saturday morning and told he could not return to the property. He initially walked away but returned minutes later and attempted to regain entry through a side door. He was extremely intoxicated and began to pull away as police were placing him into custody. Through the efforts of multiple officers, he was eventually taken into custody and transported to booking.
