Hughley told officers that Jennings broke his phone due to an earlier agreement dealing with infidelity, which prompted him to later on during the same day take her phone from her and smash it when they both got back to their hotel. Tyler Sowards steals Buick Envoy after online hook-up
32-year-old Tyler James Sowards was in the driver’s seat of a stolen Buick Envoy in Mapco’s parking lot on November 30th. Jesse Walker, the owner of the Buick, advised that he met Sowards on an online dating site and got a hotel room for them on November 24th. Sowards reportedly took the keys to the Buick Envoy when Walker was asleep without his consent. Walker made a report on the 24th but failed to provide proof of ownership for the Envoy. He later was able to prove ownership on November 30th, so they were able to ping his vehicle’s location, where they found Sowards with a pink bag containing crystal meth and a pipe located in a purple bag. Sowards was taken into custody for simple possession, theft of property, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chandler Archbold headbutts girlfriend during dispute over rent money
21-year-old Chandler Archbold was arguing with his girlfriend, Leah Pharris, about their overdue rent money on February 27th. Archbold escalated the situation by pushing Pharris up against the wall and continued to push her until they both ended up on the bed. Once on the bed, Archbold headbutted her chin, causing bruising. Archbold was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Malashia Madave jailed after toddler wanders away from home
23-year-old Malashia Madave and her boyfriend, Nicholas Safdari, left their three-year-old child alone at home on November 25th. Safdari left their child at home to pick up some personal belongings and admitted to law enforcement that he had to leave their child alone for more than 40 minutes. While Safdari was out, the child left their residence without shoes, wearing only his pajamas. The child was reported missing around 5:30 a.m. and was found nearly an hour later in a parking lot about 1 mile away from Safdari’s home. Safdari later revealed to law enforcement that his mother, Madave, was at the gas station at the time of his child’s disappearance and that this wasn’t the first time they had left their child alone. But when cops interviewed Madave, she said that she was out drinking and came home only to find out that she needed to go back because of her missing wallet. Madave was taken into custody and charged with child neglect.

DUI: Daniel Onofre has “Ten bottles of Corona” before falling asleep at the wheel
26-year-old Daniel Onofre was discovered asleep behind the wheel of a Black Nissan Altima on November 25th. When officers arrived at his door and began questioning Onofre, he was talking at a snail’s pace and seemed intoxicated. Once Onofre exited the car, there was a heavy odor of an alcoholic beverage. Officers peaked into his vehicle and observed an empty 24-pack Corona bottle in the back seat. Onofre told law enforcement that he only had “about ten.” Officers asked for Onofre’s license but provided them with a Mexican voter registration ID. Onofre was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence and driving without a valid license.
Joshua Hutcherson flees police during attempted traffic stop
20-year-old Joshua Hutcherson was found in a vehicle used in the commission of a shooting on November 24th. Detectives found him leaving his apartment complex and attempted a traffic stop, but Hutcherson continued to drive as if he didn’t see them. Hutcherson continued moving toward Lebanon Pike, where he ran over a spike strip and pulled over without further issue. Hutcherson was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest by motor vehicle.
Clyde Joines assaults wife, puts fingers in her mouth during argument
48-year-old Clyde Joines was arguing with his wife, Lea-Ann Joines, on November 24th when the altercation became combative. Joines attempted to prevent Lea-Ann from exiting the vehicle, so he stuck his fingers in her mouth, which caused minor injuries to her lips. In an attempt to get him off of her, Lea-Ann hit him several times, causing minor injuries to Clyde’s lips. Clyde’s side of the story was that in the midst of the argument, he took Lea-Ann’s phone from her, prompting Lea-Ann to strike him first. Law enforcement determined that Clyde was the primary aggressor throughout the assault. Clyde Joines was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Markeveyon Hicks punches girlfriend during infidelity dispute
24-year-old Markeveyon Hicks was arguing with his girlfriend, Breanna Myricks, on November 18th regarding issues of faith in their relationship. The altercation escalated to the point that Hicks punched her in the face, causing visible injuries to her lips. Myricks attempted to defend herself and left the scene to find a safe place to call the police. Hicks was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
