Kenneth Reynolds Jr. jailed after Belle Meade traffic stop using LPR camera

35-year-old Kenneth Reynolds Jr. was jailed after police observed tags on a 2004 two-door Toyota Tundra that didn’t match, traveling on Harding Road near Davidson Road. They pulled over the vehicle at Belle Meade Plaza. The driver, Reynolds, and two other passengers were detained. Reynolds initially identified himself as Kevin Spencer, with a birth date of August 28, 1988. After running his information through dispatch, it came back as not on file. The officer asked again what his name was, and he gave the same information and told officers he didn’t know his social security number. When officers asked a third time, he gave the same information but made up a social security number that wasn’t identified through dispatch.

The tags on the Tundra came back stolen, and the occupants were placed in the patrol vehicle. During the vehicle search, officers located drug paraphernalia and narcotics in separate containers. One container contained a glass pipe, two straw pipes, and a scale. The narcotics were packaged in four small baggies totaling 10.4 grams of meth. Reynolds eventually identified himself and owned up to stealing the license plate and the vehicle. He also advised that the meth and paraphernalia belonged to him.

Russell Kerr: 7 beers, anabolic steroids, and syringes, oh my

25-year-old Russell Kerr was found near Palestine Ave. with the driver-side door ajar, asleep in the front seat of his silver Chevy truck on the side of the highway on August 19th. Officers observed Kerr snoring, shirtless, and shoeless while officers were attempting to wake him, but he was incoherent. Kerr could not stand alone and used his vehicle to keep his balance, showing visible signs of intoxication. Kerr consented to conduct field sobriety tests, which he performed poorly on. Later, he admitted to officers that he consumed two beers at 7 p.m. the day prior. Inside Russell’s vehicle, police found a bottle containing Trenbolone acetate (anabolic steroids) with some missing and six syringes. He refused to give a blood or breath sample, so he was arrested for DUI.

Freshly faded felon Billie Pace flees from Police in stolen truck

32-year-old Billie Pace was the driver of a vehicle parked at the HomeTowne Studios on Murfreesboro Pike Tuesday. Officers were in the area and ran the tag, which came back as stolen during a robbery. As officers attempted a felony stop at gunpoint, Pace put the vehicle in reverse and fled from the parking spot. Spike strips were deployed at the entrance/exit to the extended-stay complex but did not immediately stop the vehicle. The rubber eventually separated from the rim of a front tire near Kipling & Connelly Drive, and Pace gave up the chase, unable to control the vehicle. A search revealed a syringe and a glass crack pipe, and Pace refused to be interviewed. In addition to the pending charges for the original robbery/kidnapping, he was charged with auto theft, drug paraphernalia, evading arrest, and driving on a suspended license.
