34-year-old Samuel Wilson was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on October 17th. Officers were working at a soccer game on Benton Ave. when they were called to Lot 7 regarding a disorderly person. Wilson was screaming at security personnel and arguing with them as officers arrived. Officers observed Wilson to be a general nuisance, showing visible signs of intoxication, and he was taken into custody.

Mackenzie Nolan charged with public intoxication in downtown Nashville
29-year-old Mackenzie Nolan was taken into custody on October 16th for public intoxication. Officers responded to 12th Avenue S regarding an intoxicated individual. When the officers arrived, Nolan was seated at a restaurant with another person who did not know her. Officers observed Nolan to be visibly intoxicated and gave her multiple opportunities to order an Uber, but she could not because of her level of impairment. Nolan was declared a danger to herself if left alone, and was transported to booking.
Riley Bert bites the thigh of MNPD Officer during arrest; kicks another
22-year-old Riley Elizabeth Bert is jailed on a $6,500 bond after biting MNPD Officer George Poulos on his leg, as her teeth ripped his pants, kicking him in his thigh, and kicking Officer Dennis Diesel twice. Officers encountered Bert as she was standing outside a black truck that was parked in the center of Broadway in downtown Nashville. The driver, her boyfriend, stated she was extremely intoxicated and continued to jump out of the vehicle at least three times prior to police arrival. She refused to stay inside the vehicle and was eventually taken into custody. During the arrest, she was combative and assaulted both officers.
Branko Rabrenovich deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville.
28-year-old Branko Rabrenovich was jailed late Saturday night after refusing to leave the Sun Diner in downtown Nashville when asked to do so. He was visibly intoxicated and reeked of alcohol. Officers attempted to locate a friend to retrieve him but stated he had no one to come to get him. He stated he was going to walk home but quickly fell onto the street and into traffic several times, causing officers to take him into custody.
Tourist Bryan Lamond jailed for public intoxication in downtown Nashville
23-year-old Bryan Lamond was wandering near Korean Veterans Blvd & 1st Ave late Thursday night when officers approached him due to his obvious level of intoxication. He was unable to tell officers where he was staying, and his phone was not charged. He was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication due to his inability to care for himself.
Tourist Evan Lieseke jailed after drunken debacle at Barstool Sports in downtown Nashville
35-year-old tourist Evan Lieseke was observed at Barstool Sports late Sunday night with his clothing in disarray and he swayed back in forth in an apparent state of intoxication. He slurred his speech as he spoke with officers and was given the opportunity to arrange a safe ride home or to his hotel, but he did not have his wallet or phone in his possession. Officers took Lieseke into custody and transported him to booking.
Sandra Craft — too drunk for Broadway on a Thursday Afternoon
48-year-old Sandra Craft was booked Thursday afternoon just before 3 p.m. after being extremely drunk at Redneck Riviera on Broadway in downtown Nashville. Because she smelled strongly of alcohol and couldn’t keep her balance or take care of herself, officers determined she was a danger to herself and placed her into custody
Victoria Cohen combined Xanax and alcohol before arrest at Nashville International Airport
On October 11th, Airport Police Officer Wright was dispatched to Nashville International Airport regarding a call of a woman wearing a burgundy sweatshirt and a red hat going back through the C/D exit after leaving the secure area. Officer Wright observed 23-year-old Victoria Cohen matching the description and asked her why she went back through the exit doors, she was not able to answer the question, so she was placed under arrest for violating airline security rules. Cohen’s boyfriend was waiting by the exit and told police that he told Cohen that she could not go through the doors, but she insisted. Cohen admitted to consuming alcohol and half a Xanax while being escorted to the patrol car. Cohen consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly, then was charged with public intoxication.
NY Tourist John Demarco jailed for public intoxication at Nashville International Airport
On October 11th, officers were dispatched to pick-up zone 7 at the Nashville International Airport regarding a possible intoxicated person walking out into traffic. When officers arrived, 38-year-old John Demarco was observed sitting on the bench at pick-up zone 7. Demarco showed visible signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol when speaking to officers. Demarco was given opportunities to contact family or friends to pick him up but could not operate a cell phone and was told to sit down because he was unsteady on his feet, but he refused. Officers placed Demarco under arrest for public intoxication and found an open bag of CBD gummies in his shorts when placing him into the patrol vehicle.
Duncan Kimsey jailed after drunken disorderly behavior
When officers responded to a call of a trespasser at a local venue, the staff stated that 28-year-old Duncan Kimsey was asked to leave multiple times and refused. The location has an active trespass waiver, and Kimsey was still on the property when officers arrived. The defendant reportedly reeked of alcohol, had slurred speech, and became argumentative with officers. Officers state because he was clearly intoxicated and pulled his arms away during cuffing, he was placed under arrest and charged with resisting arrest, public intoxication, and criminal trespass.
