Anthony Spicer Jr. indicted for the rape of a child, multiple counts of aggravated sexual battery

A Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 27-year-old Anthony Dewayne Spicer Jr. for the rape of a child, three counts of aggravated sexual battery, and two counts of the solicitation of a minor on November 18th, 2021. The indictment alleges that Spicer Jr., between September 2020 and January 2021, engaged in unlawful sexual penetration, sexual contact, and rape of a child less than 13 years of age. Spicer Jr. was recently taken into custody on April 18th, 2024.

Timothy Stanfield, 56, charged in rape and sexual battery of minor

56-year-old Timothy Stanfield was jailed this week on an outstanding warrant from June 2022, charging him with the rape and sexual battery of a minor. The 17-year-old victim disclosed that she’s been living with Stanfield since she was 12 years old, and that’s when he started touching her over her clothing on her private parts. The Juvenile disclosed that she had been raped by Stanfield since she was 13 and that he had penetrated her more than once. The victim is now 17 and disclosed that Stanfield came home earlier on the day of the report and inserted his fingers inside her. When Stanfield saw her on the phone, he told her she better not tell anyone what he was doing because he would go to jail for the rest of his life and run out the back door.

Man charged in rape of daughter who now has STI — held on ICE Detainer — Ronaldo Saul Monteroso Gonzalez

25-year-old Ronaldo Saul Monteroso Gonzalez is jailed on a $250,000 bond, charged with the aggravated rape of a child. The juvenile victim, who is his daughter, was transported to Vanderbilt Pediatrics for a possible sexual assault. The child disclosed that “she doesn’t want daddy to touch her anymore because it hurts.” The forensic exam and results occurred on February 27th, and the child tested positive for an STI; however, police say they could not locate Gonzalez until May 11th. His wife states he’s had contact with their children in the time in between, and they were with him as recently as “a few days ago.”
