Atlanta Tourist Brian Gary jailed after partying too hard at Second Fiddle bar in Nashville

34-year-old Brian Gary was jailed after causing a disturbance at Second Fiddle bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville Thursday night. Security at the venue told police that Gary was so intoxicated he was falling into people. He was asked to leave and repeatedly refused. He told police he “wasn’t worried about it” when they repeated the demand to leave the property. He was given one last opportunity to walk away and was transported to booking when he refused.

Andrew Waltermann refuses to leave Second Fiddle bar in downtown Nashville

Bouncers at the Second Fiddle Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville told 22-year-old Andrew Waltermann he had to leave the location due to his disruptive behavior and level of intoxication. Waltermann refused, and Metro Nashville Police officers arrived to assist. He was given the opportunity to walk away, and he refused. He was then told he would be arrested if he did not leave, and he again refused. With no other options, Waltermann was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Jacob Denton whipped out his fiddle and let it flow on Broadway in downtown Nashville

Metro Nashville Police working the Entertainment District Initiative in downtown Nashville say they observed 24-year-old Jacob Denton outside of Second Fiddle at 420 Broadway. Denton reportedly was having trouble maintaining his balance due to his level of drunkenness, but was able to unzip his pants and expose his own instrument while urinating on the sidewalk as many patrons of Second Fiddle took note of the performance. Denton was charged with public indecency and public intoxication.
