James Andrew Green booked (yet again) for a 2016 boating violation – now on a $10,000 bond

32-year-old James Andrew Green was jailed in the early hours of Sunday morning on a citation originally issued in 2016. In June 2016, he was cited for a boating violation on Percy Priest Lake. Since then, he has failed to comply with the terms of his bond, failed to return to court, and failed to pay his fees and fines. According to the Davidson County Criminal Court Clerk, Green has failed to appear for court dates related to this citation at least four times and had his bond forfeited. The most recent warrant was issued in 2021, which he was booked on this weekend. He is again free on a bond – this time for $10,000.

Imani Fleming charged in harassment of Eirneshia Carter; challenged her to fight via text

Eirneshia Carter went before a night court magistrate and swore out an affidavit of harassment against 24-year-old Imani Fleming on March 16th. She stated that she repeatedly told Fleming not to contact her, and twice within six weeks, she texted her and called her another two times. One of those texts challenged Carter to a fight. Fleming was booked on the outstanding warrant on Tuesday and is charged with harassment/causing emotional distress.

24-year-old Kevin Tuttle is jailed on a $385,000 bond and a probation hold after Metro Nashville Police coordinated with Smyrna PD to take him into custody. After fleeing from Smyrna Police’s traffic stop, he took MNPD on a chase through the city in his Nissan Maxima from a Nolensville Rd Kroger through Antioch where he tossed out a safe with a large sum of money, all the way to Richard Jones Rd and Villa Place, all while being tracked by AirONE. Police would eventually recover 8 pounds of marijuana, 1.4 Kilos of Xanax, 324 LSD stamps, 62 grams of liquid THC, 243 grams of THC wax in 9 jars, and 88 grams of crystal meth. His mugshot was not immediately available before publication.

Man who was denied sex attacks girlfriend with blow torch & mason jars — Jaime Aquino arrested

When 25-year-old Jaime Aquino was jailed this week for an assault on his co-worker when he smashed a glass mug over his head, he was also served with an outstanding warrant from March, charging him with the domestic assault of his girlfriend, which left her with severe injuries. Court records show Aquino came home at 4 a.m. and wanted to have sex, however, Kirsten Brasher told him no. Upset at the denial, he reportedly picked up a blowtorch and began to wave it around at her in a threatening manner. He then grabbed the victim and tossed her around the apartment, then hit her with several full mason jars, breaking them on her head, causing a 2-inch gash. The victim was able to knock over a television to distract him in order to escape. A commissioner set his bond for this charge, domestic assault with bodily injury, at $5,000, which he posted.

Blake Taylor booked on 2-year-old outstanding trespass warrant from Kid Rock’s bar

24-year-old Blake Taylor was booked this week on an outstanding citation charging him with criminal trespass a Kid Rock’s bar in downtown Nashville after he was kicked out not once, not twice, but three times in the same night in 2019, and continued to return despite being told he was no longer welcome at the venue. Officers issued him a state citation for which he was originally scheduled to appear in April of 2019 but failed to do so. Taylor was booked into the Metro Nashville jail on the outstanding warrant on December 8th and was released on his own recognizance.
