Kyle Paisley booked on Kentucky warrant after shoplifting at JCPenney

31-year-old Kyle Paisley was booked on March 15th for shoplifting from JCPenney at the Rivergate Mall. When officers arrived, they observed Kyle outside the store with multiple stolen items. Officers located a black dress priced at $69, another black dress priced at $89, and a black shirt priced at $44. The officers reviewed camera footage that revealed Kyle grabbed the items from the shelf and went behind a wall to put them in his backpack before leaving the store. The items stolen totaled $202. When officers ran Kyle’s information, they discovered an outstanding arrest warrant for stolen property out of Paducah, Kentucky. Paducah stated they would extradite Paisley for the warrant. Paisley was taken into custody on March 15th and charged with theft and fugitive from justice.

Jesse Graves charged after strangling his girlfriend at Piccadilly Apartments

26-year-old Jesse Scott Graves was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Ashley Case, at Windsor Green Boulevard on the afternoon of November 24th. Graves spoke with officers and advised that he wanted Case to leave the residence, although she had been staying there. Case left before officers arrived, but they were able to find her at the pool area of the apartment complex. She was reluctant to state how she had sustained her visible injuries but told officers that Graves had tried to strangle her and that the incident had taken place two days before. Graves was taken into custody for strangulation and domestic assault.

Emilia Barbu part of Romanian meat-boosting trio at Kroger

19-year-old Emilia Barbu was jailed Friday evening after shoplifting at the Kroger on Northcreek Boulevard. Vasile was part of a group of suspects that were caught on camera putting various types of meat inside bags they had brought into the store. The loss prevention employee and an officer chased the subjects to the parking lot as they approached their vehicles. It was discovered that the subjects had concealed $391.33 worth of meat inside the bags. They couldn’t produce identification nor state where they lived, only that they were from Romania. Due to the high likelihood they would fail to appear in court, they were all taken into custody.

Braxton Mckissack busted by Petty Goodlettsville Police Officer William Campbell

25-year-old Braxton Mckissack was booked this week on two citations stemming from a December traffic stop in Goodlettsville. Officers say that during the traffic stop, they allegedly established probable cause to search his 2015 Chevy Malibu. Petty Police Officer William Campbell discovered 1 ounce of marijuana in a backpack behind the driver’s seat, along with a digital scale.

DUI: Nicholas Giallombardo hits man with car, says “the crackhead walked in front of me”

36-year-old Florida Man Nicholas Giallombardo left Hooters just after 9 p.m. on November 22nd and hit a man which his vehicle as he approached a nearby stop sign. Police arrived to find the victim on the ground yelling at the driver. Giallombardo told police, “the crackhead walked out in front of me!” Officers noted that two of Giallombardo’s tires were on the pavement, while the other two were located off the pavement and into a drainage ditch. Officers report he was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. Giallombardo admitted to drinking two shots and “some beers” within the hour prior to driving. He was taken into custody and charged with DUI.

Nashville hairstylist Anjel Fuller driving wrong way with cannabis candy & marijuana in car

Police say 24-year-old Anjel Fuller was traveling Northbound in the Southbound lane as she exited Rivergate Parkway late Thursday night. As officers conducted a traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was completed due to the smell of marijuana. Inside the car was a backpack with 11 cannabis candy packages weighing 3.5 grams each and three baggies of loose marijuana with weights of 24.8 grams, 24.5 grams, and 13.6 grams, and a scale. She is charged with felony drug possession and with drug paraphernalia.
