Andrew Torres curses at officers for denying him entry into Jason Aldean’s Bar

34-year-old Andrew Torres was lying on the ground in front of Jason Aldean’s Bar on November 18th. Officers observed Torres to be visibly intoxicated as they were advised by a security guard from Jason Aldean’s Bar that he attempted to push his way into the bar several times after being denied entry. Torres told officers that he came with lots of people, and when they asked him if anyone could get him, he became agitated and started cursing at officers. Torres was placed into custody for public intoxication.

DUI: Matthew Keaffaber pours beer in center console to hide it from police

36-year-old Matthew Keaffaber was driving on Gallatin Pike with his headlights turned off on November 8th. Officers observed this and conducted a traffic stop. Officers noticed Keaffaber moving around and getting out of his seat while approaching his vehicle. Keaffaber was visibly intoxicated when officers spoke with him, and he consented to sobriety tests, on which he performed poorly. Officers had probable cause to search Keaffaber’s vehicle, which led to them locating an open beer container in the backseat and beer poured into the center console. Keaffaber was taken into custody for driving under the influence and an open container violation.

Megan Sutton assaults guests, breaks into cabin at Nashville RV Park over feral kittens

36-year-old Megan Sutton was jailed Thursday morning after assaulting guests at the Nashville RV park where she works. Mr. Victor Motley and Ms. Zara Vecino-Domenech told police that they discovered two feral cats living on the property and asked the employees if they could adopt and find a home for them. They received permission and took the kittens into their possession. When Sutton discovered the kittens had been claimed, she confronted the victims at their cabin and entered without permission, demanding to know where the kittens were. She demanded the two hand the kittens over. She picked up one of the kittens that ran out while the door was open and shoved Ms. Vecino into a chair on the deck, injuring her hip. At that point, Mr. Motley demanded Ms. Sutton to leave. Officers observed a huge bruise on Ms. Vecino’s hip when they arrived, coinciding with their story. Sutton told police that she knew the kittens were feral and didn’t belong to her; however, she was the one putting food out for them. She also denied the assault and claimed that she was pushed. Sutton had no visible injury and was taken into custody.

Ninfa Bulnes-Martinez punches daughter in face multiple times

36-year-old Ninfa Bulnes-Martinez was jailed on November 5th when she brutally assaulted her daughter at their home on Sugar Creek Circle. When the police arrived, they observed the minor with blood on her face, both arms, and her bed sheets. She told police that her mother was upset when she came home late that night. The minor explained to officers that her bed blocked the adjoining door inside her room and that her mother came through the adjacent door and pulled her hair from behind the bedpost while she was asleep. While her hair was being pulled, she was punched in the face multiple times. Blunez told police that her daughter doesn’t listen and admitted she punched her in the face while disciplining her.

Arnulfo Orihuela-Mendez catches boyfriend pleasuring himself, punches him in the face

33-year-old Arnulfo Orihuela-Mendez was arguing with his boyfriend on November 4th. The pair woke up on November 4th and began to be intimate with each other. After this started, Arnulfo’s boyfriend stopped and went to the bathroom for a long time. It turns out that Mendez’s boyfriend was pleasuring himself, which caused Mendez to get very agitated. This led to Mendez pushing his boyfriend and him pushing back, which escalated to Mendez punching him in the eye and causing swelling and bleeding. Law enforcement was duly alerted because of a male, Mendez’s boyfriend, screaming for help. Orihuela-Mendez was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.

Devonte Thompson punches baby-mama in face multiple times

30-year-old Devonte Thompson was booked Tuesday night after assaulting the mother of his three children on Longstalk Road in Antioch. Corii Bond said the two had gotten into an argument about childcare, so she tried to get in her car to leave, but Thompson followed her, opened her passenger’s side door, and punched her in the face repeatedly. Police observed a contusion and swollen upper lip.

Marcus Stanton tries to steal a hellcat, leads police helicopters on chase

18-year-old Marcus Stanton was seen by the owner of a purple Hellcat pushing his vehicle away. The owner was able to locate the car through a GPS app, but Stanton was able to leave the vehicle and left in another stolen car, a white Infinity sedan. Both cars are estimated to be valued at around $80,000 combined. Stanton was also found to have three firearms, which were also confirmed to be stolen. Stanton was alerted that law enforcement helicopters were trailing him, so he ran on foot and hid from police, but he also stashed a pistol in the backyard of a place he was initially trying to hide. Stanton also had a juvenile in the car when attempting to steal the Hellcat. Stanton was taken into custody and charged with theft of property, theft of a firearm, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Bambi Fae causes a scene at Olive Garden

29-year-old Bambi Fae was jailed after causing a scene at Olive Garden on Gallatin Pike. The manager told police that Ms. Fae was acting erratically toward other customers and wished to have her removed after she paid for her meal. Ms. Fae gave the manager a Visa gift card, but it declined, and she had no other form of payment. Police asked the manager if she wanted to press charges for theft of service, but she declined. The officers escorted Ms. Fae off the property and warned her not to return or she would be arrested for trespassing. Ten minutes later, the manager called back, and officers again found Ms. Fae inside the restaurant. She was then placed under arrest and transported to booking.
