Devin Hodgedon kicked out of Jason Aldean’s bar for being too drunk & disorderly

21-year-old Devin Hodgdon was booked Friday evening after refusing to stay away from Jason Alden’s bar on Broadway. Security told officers that Hodgdon was escorted out of the bar several times but still tried to enter the bar from other doors. He even jumped the fence to go by the door that leads to the kitchen and was escorted back out. When the police advised Mr. Hodgdon that he needed to leave and not come back, he refused. He left the property briefly and returned to talk to security at the door. The officers gave him several warnings to leave and offered to call an Uber for him, but he continued to return to the bar. He was eventually arrested for public intoxication and transported to booking.

Tamazi Pachulia charged with felony theft of rented vehicle

Around Noon on September 28th, Trooper Meite initiated a traffic stop on I-24 when he observed a silver Ford pickup truck hauling a long white van Trailer without a carrier and USDOT number. Trooper Meite approached the driver’s side and observed the 36-year-old Tamazi Pachulia. Pachulia was asked to provide his driver’s license, registration, insurance, and medical card but could not provide registration of the truck. He told Trooper Meite that he rented the vehicle 3-6 months ago and did not have a rental agreement nor registration. Trooper Meite ran the tag and VIN number of the truck which came back as a stolen vehicle. Pachulia was informed about the truck being stolen before being placed under arrest for being in possession of a stolen vehicle worth more than $20,000.

Michael McConalogue too drunk to go to jail in downtown Nashville

32-year-old Michael McConalogue was found unresponsive on the street, and police had to be instructed to take him to the hospital before booking him for public intoxication. Michael was on the street by Broadway and 4th Ave when MNPD officers arrived. He was receiving medical attention from a security guard and could not respond in any way to any demand given by the police. He could not stand nor walk but was placed into cuffs, searched, and transported to booking. When they arrived at Davidson’s booking, the police officer was instructed to take Michael to the general hospital first due to his inability to walk. EMS was notified that he was being transported for a head injury. After Michael was released, he was placed back into booking.

April Hampton — texting while driving leads to arrest for cocaine, handgun, and marjiuana

33-year-old April Hampton was pulled over by a THP Trooper on I-24 after he said he observed her texting while driving. It was determined her driver’s license was revoked for failure to pay court fees, and the officer noted the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. She claimed she had smoked earlier, but nothing was currently in the vehicle. A search was conducted and resulted in the seizure of a handgun, a small amount of cocaine (0.5 grams) packaged to sell, 32 grams of marijuana, and a scale.

Luke Ratliff refuses to cooperate after DUI traffic stop on I-40: 102 in a 70mph zone

It took the presence and force of three THP Troopers and two Metro Nashville Police officers to escort 40-year-old Lucas Andrew Ratliff from his vehicle to the ground after a DUI traffic stop and assistance from two security guards at Metro General Hospital to hold him down for a forced blood draw on November 21st. Troopers initially stopped Ratliff on I-40, where he was paced at 102 mph in a 70 mph zone. During the traffic stop, Ratliff would not make eye contact with officers and had slurred speech, and refused to exit the vehicle, stating he “does not want to.” A warrant was granted for his blood, and he was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail and charged with DUI.
