Deion Robinson jailed after yelling at officers after marijuana transaction downtown
27-year-old Deion Robinson was seen by officers on Broadway around 2:30 a.m. last Sunday, exchanging marijuana with another man in downtown Nashville. After the officer attempted to contact Deion, he began yelling profanity at him. Deion refused to comply with orders given to him by the police and became aggressive, annoying others. Detaining Deion made it difficult for others to walk past the officer, so they were forced to walk in the roadway. Deion, from Indiana, told police he would not return to Tennessee for court while in custody.
John Mateo jailed after assaulting bouncer at Tequila Cowboy in downtown Nashville
43-year-old John Anthony Mateo was recorded on Tequila Cowboy’s security cameras pushing a security guard on the night of August 25th. Police reviewed the footage of the incident after being flagged down to the business by security. Due to John fighting in public, but there were no injuries, he was arrested for disorderly conduct. He is a resident of Florida and is unlikely to appear in court, so he was not issued a citation.

As officers approached him, Naymick refused to provide his ID or answer any questions about the incident. Drunken Cookeville Veterinarian Francis Baker goes wild in Nashville during soccer game
42-year-old Francis Seth Baker, a Cookeville Veterinarian, walked out of the soccer game at Geodis Stadium Saturday night in what his wife described as a ‘very intoxicated’ state, taking the car keys with him. When his wife and the rest of the family searched for him, the vehicle was gone, and they contacted the police. Officers were able to find his location using their iCloud account, and as they drove to the location, they spotted the vehicle with Baker driving. He stopped out of the vehicle and was visibly intoxicated. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests, he was placed into a patrol car when he attempted to push himself away from arresting officers. He then lunged out of the vehicle and wrapped his legs around one of the officers. He then claimed to be hyperventilating and was evaluated by Nashville Fire medics. He spit on officers and responding medics and was transported to be medically cleared before being booked into jail.
Kolton Leeper punches driver in face after drunken rage in downtown Nashville
21-year-old Kolton Leeper faces a multitude of criminal charges after a night of drinking in downtown Nashville. Police say Leeper, from Lebanon and the son of locally known roofing company owner Tim Leeper, was asked to leave the 5th &Broadway area due to walking in the middle of the road and having altercations with others. He then approached a vehicle, which had stopped to avoid hitting him, and punched the driver in the face after striking the car multiple times with his fists.
Zachary Ware — too drunk and disorderly for downtown Nashville
31-year-old Zachary Ware was found to be drunk and disorderly outside Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Sunday morning in downtown Nashville. He was causing a disturbance to both employees and nearby patrons, acting in a violent and threatening manner. He was taken into custody and transported to booking.
Michigan tourist Julian Hall jailed after rowdiness at Jason Aldean’s bar
23-year-old Julian Hall told Jason Aldean’s bar security staff that they were “lucky” that police placed him into custody. Before he was arrested, police were flagged down by security about Julian outside, causing a disturbance. They told the police that they denied him entry due to improper identification. 24-year-old Michael Walling was involved in a fight in front of Red Door Saloon in downtown Nashville early Sunday morning. While officers attempted to separate the individual, Walling ended up on top of one of the other involved parties. Both individuals were extremely intoxicated and created a nuisance in the area. Both individuals were taken into custody. Michael had a laceration on his head and was cleared by medics.
