22-year-old Keontae Burns had a TBI task force, DEA, and MNPD locate drugs and a fully automatic weapon in his home this week. The TBI Middle Tennessee Drug Related Deaths Task Force, DEA Tactical Diversion Squad, and MNPD Neighborhood Safety Unit showed up at an apartment on Old Hickory Blvd with a search warrant on June 14th. The house was Keonte’s, and inside, they found approximately 33.7 grams of fentanyl, 143 grams of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, including digital scales, plastic bags, filters, inositol powder, and blenders. Also, a Glock 22 with a Glock switch making the .40 caliber weapon fully automatic, was found inside.

Alexander Moran pushes into girlfriend’s home, reportedly assaults her

20-year-old Alexander Moran hid from police when his ex-girlfriend called 911 and was found asleep in her bathroom. MNPD officers arrived at Daylin Arita’s address and said she called them due to an altercation between her and Alexander. She said Alexander had arrived at her home earlier and wanted to talk to her. He then forced his way into her home after she denied him access. When he pushed the door in and entered the home, he sat at her living room table to continue their discussion from earlier. The argument progressed, she said, then he grabbed her phone, threw it against the wall, pushed her, and hit her. Daylin noted that she called the police, and Alexander ran from the residence. After the police left to file the report, they received a phone call from Daylin again, who said he did not leave the residence. Instead, he hid in her bathroom. When police arrived back at the residence, they found Alexander asleep in the bathroom. Daylin said that she did not want to prosecute for the assault but just wanted him to stay away from her. Alexander said that he did not assault her.

Robin Ogden charged in quarter-million dollar theft from Goldner Associates while employed

56-year-old Robin Ogden reportedly used a credit card without permission and misappropriated more than a quarter-million dollars over the course of seven years during her role in accounts payable at Golder Associates in Nashville. An indictment was filed in Davidson County for Robin Ogden for theft and credit card fraud on February 8th. The indictment states that Robin stole cash valued at over $250,000 from Goldner Associates. Also, she used a credit card owned by company owner James Straus with a loss to the company of over $250,000.

Aedan Whittington-Baschoff lies to police about $10,000 Gucci purse theft at Mother’s Ruin Nashville

24-year-old Aedan Whittington-Bischoff gave a $10,000 Gucci purse he helped his girlfriend steal to the police and pretended he knew nothing about it. On August 3rd, MNPD officers arrived at Mother’s Ruin Bar about a stolen purse. Police spoke to the female suspect, Madeline Lublin, and said that a felony warrant would be issued for the theft of the purse. Aedan suddenly brought the $10,000 Gucci purse to the police, knowing he would be shown on camera grabbing and handing it to his girlfriend, Madeline. He said he found the purse lying on the ground but did not know of the theft or the parties involved in the robbery. Police took his information and then took Madeline’s information, and they realized that their addresses matched. Later, police arrived at the address and found that Aeden and Madeline both lived at the address and were in a romantic relationship with each other. The officer concluded that Aeden gave him a false report in an attempt to keep Madeline from being charged with the theft of the purse.

Madeline Lublin charged in theft of $10,000 Gucci bag at Mother’s Ruin bar in Nashville

25-year-old Madeline Lublin was charged with stealing a $10,000 Gucci purse despite her boyfriend’s attempt at saving her. On August 3rd, MNPD officers arrived at Mother’s Ruin bar on 6th Ave and spoke to Elouise Holder, who said her $10,000 Gucci Purse had been stolen. Police observed security footage given to them by security that shows Lublin’s boyfriend, Aeden Whittington-Baschoff, grabbing the purse and handing it to Madeline.

Then it shows Madeline placing the purse on the bar for around five minutes before tying a sweatshirt around her neck, hiding it under the sweatshirt, and exiting the bar. Mother’s Ruin gave the police Madeline’s information because she had bought alcohol in the establishment earlier. While police investigated the theft and spoke to Madeline, they said that there would be a felony warrant issued for the robbery of the purse, and Aeden showed up with the purse.

He handed it to the police and said that he found it on the ground and had no idea who Madeline was or that the purse had been stolen. Police arrived at Madeline’s residence to place her under arrest and found Aeden, her live-in boyfriend, also at the residence. Both were charged for their roles in the theft.

Jacoby Rippy charged in assault of mother and younger brother

20-year-old Jacoby Rippy hit his little brother, who tried to break up a fight between him and their mother. On June 21st, MNPD officers arrived in West Nashville and spoke to Mia Rippy, the victim of a domestic assault. Mia told police that she was assaulted by Jacoby, who was her son, and he lived at the residence. She said it started when they argued and told him to leave the residence. When Jacoby refused, she said, he grabbed and pushed her. At this time, his younger brother saw him push their mother, so he stepped in to defend her. The little brother said Jacoby grabbed him and punched him. Police noted scratches and bruising to the younger brother’s face, chest, and pinky finger. Mia did not have any visible injuries but wanted to prosecute and place an order of protection against Jacoby.

Robert Turner found with tools & window smasher near burglared vehicles

18-year-old Robert Turner was found under a porch, hiding, with burglary tools on his person in an area with stolen car reports. MNPD officers were dispatched to 7th Ave on July 31st around 4 am regarding vehicles being burgled. After seeing a car that suggested that it had been burgled, police contacted DCS to track Robert’s ankle monitor in the area. Police flashed their blue lights when they reached the residence they tracked Robert to and saw several individuals flee the house. They found Robert hiding under a porch on 6th Ave and Garfield with burglary tools and a window smasher in his possession. Two of the vehicle’s owners were contacted and said that they wished to prosecute.

Taylor Euarl steals vehicle, flees from police with juvenile & others

19-year-old Taylor Euarl and her friends bailed out of a car and hopped a fence straight into custody. Early July 31st, MNPD officers arrived at Knolls Place and saw a white Hyundai with multiple people make a U-turn. Police began pursuing the vehicle then they saw several people bail out of the car and run. The vehicle was left running, and the police reported that the ignition box and the rear right window were broken. The owners of the vehicle were contacted by police who stated that the car was stolen. Police found Taylor and two other individuals behind a business on Old Hickory Blvd. When Taylor and the others noticed the police, they ran, refusing orders to halt. A chase ensued, and police caught Taylor and placed her in custody. One of the other individuals that ran was 16 years of age. Taylor was searched, and police found 3.5 grams of marijuana on her. She admitted to police that the marijuana was hers and that she was the one that stole the vehicle.

Tyler Busby punches girlfriend in face, strangles her, per report

32-year-old Tyler Busby attacked his girlfriend during an argument at the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Nashville South on Sidco Dr. On August 1st, MNPD officers arrived at La Quinta Inn about a domestic assault and spoke to Amber Jackson, Tyler’s girlfriend. She told police that she and Tyler were arguing when Tyler punched her in the face and strangled her. She was seen by NFD medics due to the redness on her neck and said that she struggled to breathe for about five seconds.

Edward Perry charged with DUI — passed out behind truck in his own apartment complex

49-year-old Edward Perry blows four times over the legal limit after he told police that he had more than twelve-pack of beer. Police arrived on August 1st at a West Nashville Apartment complex on Sonya Drive, where Perry lives, and found him lying behind his Ford Ranger. The Ranger was parked with one tire on the sidewalk because a stranger took the keys from Edward and gave them to NFD. Police reported an open beer can in the center console and an open bottle of New Amsterdam Vodka within arms reach of the driver seat. Edward, who was so unsteady police had to help him stand, admitted to drinking heavily. Under Miranda, Edward admitted to drinking more than twelve 24oz beers. He blew a 0.320% BAC level, and police discovered that Edward’s license was suspended.
