Reba Conquest charged with shoplifting from PETSMART at 100 Oaks

29-year-old Reba Conquest ran from across a parking lot outside PetSmart after reportedly stealing from the establishment on August 9th. The manager of PetSmart, Michael Fleming, flagged down Vanderbilt University Police and pointed at Reba and her friend Evan Gaines running. He told police that the two had just stolen from the retail store. Vanderbilt Police saw Reba and Evan getting into a gray SUV and stopped them. Reba was in the passenger seat and admitted to stealing from PetSmart. She said the merchandise, valued at $372.89, was in the back of the SUV. She was booked on the citation for the theft of merchandise charge on August 29th.

Marvell Bright cited for evading arrest with fugitive passengers

18-year-old Marvell Bright was pulled over by police in a 2016 Chevy Impala on Main St. on July 31st. Marvel was the vehicle’s driver, and the other two occupants had warrants out for their arrest. When the police contacted Marvell and the two others, Marvell ran. He qualified for a citation for evading because he had no warrants or failure to appear. He was booked on the citation on August 28th.

MN tourist Rachel Jensen jailed after fight with mother at Ole Red Nashville

23-year-old Rachel Jensen told police, who showed up to Ole Red Bar in response to a fight on September 1st, that her mother got into her face. She said that her mother yelled at her for how she treated her cousin. Rachel told police she pushed her mother’s chest to get her out of her face. She told police that her mother did not threaten her and would never hurt her. Police also interviewed her mother, Patricia Jensen, who said they argued and pushed each other. She said that she could not remember who pushed first.

Alexandria Jensen booked on five-year-old shoplifting citation

25-year-old Alexandria Jensen was seen by police hiding several items in her backpack inside Dillard’s on October 30th, 2018. Police stopped Alexandria, and she showed them the contents of her backpack. Inside were several unpaid items, as well as the jeans she was wearing. She qualified for citation because she had no outstanding warrants or failure to appear. She failed to book on the citation and was finally taken into custody and booked five years later, this past Friday.

Madison Rackley runs out of Dollar General Market with basket of merchandise

19-year-old Madison Rackley was seen by detectives running out of Dollar General on Thompson Ln. on August 11. The detectives stopped Madison after they noticed that she was carrying a basket full of merchandise she didn’t pay for when running out. All of the merchandise was given back to the establishment, and the manager, Daniel Sutter, said that he wished to prosecute Madison. She was issued a citation for the shoplifting charge and was booked this week.

Kevin Hatter found in stolen vehicle with improper tags

18-year-old Kevin Hatter was driving a Kia Sportage with a temp tag belonging to a Honda Accord on August 31st. Kevin raced away from the first traffic stop that detectives attempted to make with the help of MNPD AirONE helicopter near Dickerson Pike and Maplewood Trace. The detectives did not follow but found the vehicle parked outside Buffalo Trail Apartments, and Kevin and the passenger exited the vehicle. Kevin was taken into custody. He told the police he was the driver and had recently purchased the vehicle. However, NCIC records showed that the vehicle was reported stolen.

Cynthia Pitzen — too drunk for downtown Nashville

61-year-old Cynthia Pitzen was seen on the sidewalk of the intersection of Rep. John Lewis Way and Broadway on August 31st. Police noticed that she was intoxicated and she had trouble standing up and remaining that way. With the smell of alcohol on her breath, she told police that her husband wanted to leave Broadway, but she did not. Police placed her in custody for public intoxication because she was unable to care for herself and had no one to retrieve her back to a place of safety.

Ifrah Sultan charged after reckless driving in downtown Nashville

22-year-old Ifrah Sultan reportedly drove recklessly on 1st Ave. and Church St. on August 3rd. Police noticed her drive into the oncoming traffic lane during dense traffic and while it was raining. Immediately following that, she was seen tailgating another vehicle at around 45 miles per hour when the posted speed limit was 30 miles per hour. She qualified for a citation due to her having no outstanding warrants or failure to appear. She was booked on the charge of reckless driving on August 29th.

Teen Zachary Bailey charged with bong and beer at Bellevue Sports Park

Police met 18-year-old Zachary Bailey at a Metro Greenway connecting to a Bellevue Park after it was closed on August 2nd. Police observed a bong in Zachary’s front cup holder of his vehicle, cold, unopened beers, and cold liquor bottles. Zachary told police he had been driving and qualified for a citation since he had no outstanding warrants or an unacceptable amount of failure to appear. He was cited for possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age and drug paraphernalia. He was booked on the charges on August 28th.
