Montana Man Riley Griffin whips it out and lets it flow in downtown Nashville

32-year-old Montana tourist Riley Griffin was jailed in Nashville this weekend after whipping it all out and letting it flow in a 4th Ave South parking lot just behind the bars of Broadway. Officers observed him urinating next to a parked vehicle and immediately ordered him to stop the stream and leave the area. Unable to pause the flow, he continued to finish what he had started. Witnesses, including Mary McCants, were in a nearby vehicle and confirmed to officers they witnessed the act and saw his penis during the incident. 

Jonathon Eade jailed after causing disruption with wife at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville

42-year-old Louisville accountant Jonathon Eade was jailed Friday night in Nashville after disrupting a show at the Ryman Auditorium in downtown Nashville. Eade and his wife, Ashley Gillenwater Eade, were reportedly yelling and cursing at each other, causing a major disruption for other patrons. Security staff directed them to a nearby stairwell and explained they must leave the venue. This elevated the argument, and Jonathon refused to leave. Eade, who is a partner at Jones, Nale & Mattingly, was then detained by Ryman security and held for Metro Nashville Police, who charged him with criminal trespassing. 

DUI: Judith Hawley took a swig of liquor from her purse before speaking to police

73-year-old Judith Hawley was involved in a car crash on Burkitt Road on July 17, where she was the only occupant. Police arrived to find her sitting in the grass, being treated by medics. She was visibly intoxicated, and prior to speaking to police, she retrieved a bottle of liquor from her purse and took a drink from it. She then answered their questions and stated she had consumed three shots earlier in the evening, prior to driving. Due to her level of intoxication, field sobriety tests were not completed.

Nathan Justus charged with DUI on scooter in downtown Nashville

26-year-old Texan Nathan Justus crashed a scooter he was riding on 10th Ave South Wednesday night and was being treated by medics when Metro Nashville Police responded to the scene. Justus stated he was leaving a sushi restaurant where he consumed “one beer.” He then remembered that before the restaurant, he was on Broadway and consumed two shots of whiskey and two more beers. During the crash, he fell to the ground, hitting his head, arm, stomach, and knee, and while on the ground, he became light-headed and passed out. Despite all of that, Justus refused all medical transport and further treatment. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests, and was transported to booking, where he later blew a 0.089% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Katelyn Raines charged with kicking bouncer in chin at Nudie’s Honky Tonk

21-year-old Katelyn Raines was booked on a citation this week, charging her with the assault of bouncer and off-duty police officer Joshua Jeter. Officers were flagged down at Nudie’s Honky Tonk on June 17, where a large group of individuals were fighting. Security staff detained a male subject, and during that time, Raines kicked Jeter in the chin. She fled from responding Metro Nashville Police Officers, who caught up with her near 5th & Broadway. She was issued a citation for assault, and was booked on that charge this week.

Allison Reese hits bouncer in face with purse in downtown Nashville

23-year-old Allison Reese was booked on a citation this week, charging her with the assault of a bouncer in downtown Nashville. Police say Reese and several of her friends were causing a scene inside Nudie’s Honky Tonk on June 27 when security staff asked them to leave the venue. They refused and were being escorted out when Reese hit bouncer Ronald Clinard in the face with a purse. Officers documented a red mark on his face and issued Reese a citation for assault.
