She says Chance drinks alcohol, and when he drinks, he becomes annoying and won’t leave her alone. On Sunday night, when Chance was drunk, she stated she was going to her room, and in response, he called her a “b*-*h” and a “c-*t”, to which he freely admitted to responding officers. Virginia says these words from her son upset her, and she threw a small remote control at him, striking him in the leg, and she also threw decorative foam pumpkins at him. Chance was not injured but told police he found the contact to be provocative and upsetting to him, which is why he called 911.

Jemiah Scales destroys the home of her elderly boyfriend
Jeff Waluch called 911 to report his live-in girlfriend, 23-year-old Jemiah Scales, was inside his home, damaging his property. Officers arrived to find the home in disarray with several broken items inside. He says the argument began when she was writing on his bathroom wall. He says she also tossed a recliner, broke a lamp by throwing it at him, and shattered a glass table. Scales admitted to the destruction, stating “she was mad at him.” As she was placed in the patrol car for transport, she spat and kicked at the windows and attempted to kick Officer Hoffman in the face with her foot.
Alex Glover breaks straightening iron after fiancée is “over them not having intercourse”
31-year-old Alex Glover told police that he and his fiancée, Angela Stafford, had a verbal argument at 4 a.m. because she “was over them not having sexual intercourse.” As the argument escalated, he admits to breaking her straightening iron for her hair into three pieces. He also says Angela attacked him physically, but there were no indications of any assault from either party. Officers took Glover into custody and charged him with domestic vandalism, requiring a 12-hour hold before he could be released.

Metro Nashville Police received multiple calls about a man running on the interstate and in front of semi-trucks traveling at full speed. Officers arrived to find 23-year-old Colby Daugherty, who explained he had just left the Kevin Gates concert and was “walking back to a friend’s house,” but when asked for the address, he responded, “I have no idea!” Daughtery refused all medical treatment and was visibly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Metro Nashville Police encountered 25-year-old Clinton Lawler at the Elton John concert at Nissan Stadium late Sunday after an altercation with an employee and determined he was too intoxicated to care for himself. Officers took him into custody and charged Lawler with public intoxication.
Nathaniel Reed vandalizes woman’s car when he’s unable to ‘make the baby batter’ — $5K bond
49-year-old Nathaniel Reed is charged with vandalism after he broke the taillight on a woman’s car after his ‘little friend’ was unable to unlock the ‘ultimate achievement’ due to his level of intoxication. Officers responded to the call just before 2 a.m. Friday and met with Frances Warren, who was distraught and in distress, stating that Reed was upset and drinking alcohol and became irate toward her when he was unable to ‘make the batter’ while they were intimate. She says he went outside the residence and she heard something break, and when officers arrived, it was discovered Reed had shattered the tail light on her vehicle.
Tabitha Rodriguez too drunk for Bridgestone Arena #Arrested
Metro Nashville Police say 27-year-old Tabitha Rodriguez was entirely too intoxicated at the Bridgestone Arena in downtown Nashville to be able to care for herself when they encountered her. She had no one to take care of her and was unable to provide any specifics on where she was staying. She was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.
Erin Cogswell deemed too drunk for downtown Nashville #Arrested
Erin Cogswell was repeated escorted out of Kid Rock’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville and told not to return, yet she continued to enter the location. Bar staff eventually contacted Metro Nashville Police Officers working the Entertainment District Initiative, who responded and noted she was “heavily intoxicated” with slurred speech and reeked of alcohol. She declined the option of medical treatment and was taken into custody, charged with public intoxication.
Brittney Colgan charged with DUI after leaving Lipstick Lounge, falling asleep behind the wheel
Metro Nashville Police located 37-year-old Brittney Colgan asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle after she was involved in a crash near Fern Ave. and Brick Church Pike. She eventually awoke to officers knocking on the window but couldn’t immediately figure out how to roll the window down. She admitted to drinking two gin and tonics at the Lipstick Lounge before driving. She stated the accident occurred at Lipstick Lounge, and she believed the person who hit her lived near Fern Ave., and that’s why she was in this area to locate the person. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
DUI: Angie Vaughn blows 0.20% BAC; also has an outstanding warrant for a hit-and-run
54-year-old Angie Vaughn was involved in an automobile crash involving property damage at Abbot Martin Road and Brandywood Drive Saturday evening as the driver of the vehicle. She admitted to having a “few screwdrivers a few hours ago” when she was asked about her alcohol consumption before driving. A breathalyzer would reveal a 0.20% BAC at booking, where she was charged with DUI. As she was being processed, it was discovered she also had an outstanding warrant from an accident on Christmas day of 2020, where she fled the scene after she was made aware that police were en route, but the other driver had already collected some of her information and taken her photo.
