Victoria Rogers charged in Ole Red Brawl on Broadway

27-year-old Victoria Rogers was jailed early Monday morning after police responded to a brawl at Ole Red Bar on Broadway. Rogers and other involved individuals were escorted outside by bar security. While outside, Rogers got into another altercation with the same individuals from inside. Security intervened again and claimed they were assaulted; however, they did not wish to prosecute at that time. Rogers created a public disturbance and was arrested due to the likelihood that it would continue.

Chattanooga teen Everett Driver uses fake ID at Jason Aldean’s; tosses dink from the rooftop

18-year-old Everett Driver from Chattanooga threw a cup of ice from the rooftop of Jason Aldean’s Bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville, according to police who were working in the district late Friday night. The cup nearly struck an officer on the ground. Security identified Driver as the person who threw the cup using recorded video. Upon identifying Driver, it was discovered he was only 18 years old and had two fake TN IDs in his possession, each with different birthdays, making him over the age of 21.

Vanderbilt Football’s BJ Anderson bites two bouncers at Barstool Nashville

26-year-old Vanderbilt Football Player Bridges “BJ” Anderson was booked in the early hours of December 8th after officers were flagged down in front of Barstool Nashville on 2nd Avenue in regards to a man being restrained by security. When officers arrived, they observed Anderson visibly drunk and being held to the ground by bar security. Officers then placed him into cuffs and began the interview. Security told officers that Anderson tried to enter the bar with alcohol hidden inside a Gatorade bottle and was denied because of it and his level of intoxication. Anderson threw the bottle out and left the line, only to re-enter the line shortly after and be told again that he may not enter the bar. After being denied, Anderson tried to forcefully enter the bar, pushing security as they stood before him to block entry, forcing another security guard to wrap his arms around Anderson to stop him. This only angered Anderson, and he began to fight the security guards, biting both of them. Officers observed bite marks on both security guards.

Tourist Joshua Turner jailed after disturbance at downtown Nashville bar

21-year-old Missouri tourist Joshua Turner was kicked out of Luke’s 32 Bar in downtown Nashville early Friday night due to his disruptive behavior, according to security staff. After being removed from the property, Turner continued to return, stating that bouncers kept his ID. As the situation escalated, officers intervened and verified the bar did not have his identification. Police advised his friend group he was trespassed from the bar, and his ID wasn’t inside. A short time later, Turner returned, once again, to the bar, demanding the return of his ID. Due to his level of intoxication and behavior, Turner was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Teen Matthew Walker in Michael Myers mask jailed after pretending to stab people in downtown Nashville

18-year-old Matthew Walker was jailed Friday night after alarming citizens on the streets of downtown Nashville. Police say the teen, who was armed with a prop knife and wearing a Michael Myers costume, walked up to strangers and acted as if he were stabbing them. Walker says he was just having fun and was attempting to scare people in the costume. Metro Nashville Police says he intended to cause “public alarm” and took him into custody, charging him with disorderly conduct. 

Tourist Rury Wylie jailed after disorderly behavior outside of Barstool Nashville

27-year-old tourist Rury Wylie was attempting to fight other patrons outside of Barstool Nashville in downtown Nashville late Friday night when police observed him displaying an extended middle finger in an attempt to start altercations. He then began to yell at a nearby Taxi, even leaning his body onto the vehicle to obstruct it. Due to his level of intoxication and behavior, Wylie was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Raymond Arena jailed for public intoxication after being kicked out of Robert’s Western World

61-year-old Raymond Arena was jailed on Saturday after police were flagged down by security at Robert’s Western World on Broadway. Officers told police that Arena had been kicked out of the establishment for playing with the drums. He was visibly agitated, argumentative, and yelling. He admitted to drinking beers and stated he was “tipsy.” Arena became upset that the officers weren’t giving him water or allowing him to sober up. He told officers that he also hit some shelves and was singing into the microphone but didn’t believe that was cause to get kicked out. Due to the fact that Arena wouldn’t calm down officers believed he would continue his behavior and was taken into custody.

Bryon Kirkpatrick jailed after threatening to shoot up a business; reports wife missing

28-year-old Bryon Thomas Kirkpatrick contacted police wanting to report his girlfriend missing on October 28. Officers were assisting Kirkpatrick when he told them that he was going to get his firearm to shoot up an unrelated establishment as he was visibly intoxicated. Kirkpatrick went to numerous officers to report the same crime, but officers were advised that Kirkpatrick’s girlfriend was at home. Kirkpatrick was taken into custody for public intoxication due to his inability to care for himself.
