31-year-old Nilufar Makhsudova left her child in her car unattended near One Hundred Oaks Mall on Thomson Lane in the early hours of March 28th. At around 11:10 a.m., a concerned citizen observed this and alerted VUPD. Makhsudova returned to her vehicle around 11:30 a.m. and told officers she left her baby in the car to go inside the shopping center. Makhsudova was then cited for the incident. Makhsudova was later booked on the citation of an unattended child in a motor vehicle on April 23rd.

Nilufar Makhsudova of Valley Oak Drive in Brentwood, TN, was booked on a citation on April 23, charged with unattended child in a motor vehicle.
