DUI: Man charged after driving wrong way on one-way street downtown — Brendon Powell

Metro Police observed 33-year-old Bendon Powell traveling the wrong way on a one-way street in downtown Nashville Saturday, then hitting a traffic cone as he took a wide turn onto Broadway at a high rate of speed. After conducting a traffic stop, officers described Powell as showing obvious signs of impairment and “indifferent” in his mental state about the current situation. He denied any medical conditions and performed poorly on all field sobriety tests. An officer actually had to catch him as he was falling onto the concrete during one of the tests.

Drunk man ends up on wrong East Nashville Porch — Benjamin Wilkinson arrested

Metro Police found 24-year-old Benjamin Wilkinson standing on a front porch of a Boscobel Street home in East Nashville this weekend. He was banging on the front door and asking to come inside, believing he was at the correct house. Police determined he was heavily intoxicated, and at the wrong house.

Wilkinson was transported to booking, and charged with public intoxication.

Musician charged with groping woman’s breasts at Tin Roof Nashville — Jonathan Sepulveda

“Yes, of course I grabbed her breasts!”… those are the words 33-year-old Jonathan Sepulveda reportedly said to the victim’s husband when he was confronted about his actions at the Tin Roof Bar on Demonbreun Sunday night. Court records indicate he was a stranger to the victim. Multiple witnesses corroborated the assault and the admission. Sepulveda is free on a $10,000 bond, charged with felony sexual battery.
