29-year-old Danniela Machado drove while using her phone on I-440 around 1:32 p.m. on October 15th, 2023. Officers observed this, conducted a traffic stop, and cited her for the violation. She failed to appear in court by February 23rd, 2024, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Machado was booked on a hands-free violation citation on April 24th.
Danniela Machado of Antioch Pike in Nashville, TN, was booked on a citation on April 24th, charged with driving with a cell phone.
