37-year-old Joseph Mcfall, a.k.a Omari Enso, was charged with four counts of rape and incest during an October Davidson County Grand Jury in 2021. The indictment states that Joseph knowingly engaged in nonconsensual sexual penetration twice with his 17-year-old niece on the 12th of June, 2020. And he did so two more times on June 13th, 2020. He was booked into jail for the charges on September 8th.

Vanderbilt Ph.D. Student Hellen Valencia Lemos charged in attempted statutory rape and sexual assault of minor
24-year-old Hellen Valencia Lemos M.S. (a Ph.D. Student at Vanderbilt) was indicted by the Davidson County Grand Jury on the 26th of July. Hellen was charged with attempted statutory rape by an authority figure and three counts of sexual battery. The indictment states that Hellen engaged in attempted sexual penetration with a minor between 13 and 18 years old from January 2022 to June 2022. Also, it states that she was in a position of authority over the minor.
Ceyonce Fleming jailed on charges of aggravated abuse and neglect of infant
22-year-old Ceyonce was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail this week after being indicted by the Grand Jury on charges of aggravated child abuse and aggravated child neglect. The indictment alleges that in September 2022, Fleming neglected and caused serious bodily injury to an infant who was one month old. She is jailed in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
Music City Fencing Club owner Robert Piraino rearrested on new sexual battery indictment
MNPD’s Youth Services detectives have rearrested 37-year-old Robert Charles Piraino on a new sexual battery indictment after a second victim from the Music City Fencing Club came forward. The then 12-year-old male student claims Piraino, the owner and head coach of the club, inappropriately touched him during a private lesson.
