36-year-old Chris Allard showed signs of impairment near the MNPD Central Precinct on Korean Veterans Boulevard in the early hours of April 26th. Officers observed this, and asked Allard if he was okay. Allard told them that he was trying to find his Airbnb, adding that he was staying at “South of Broadway.” He could not provide officers the address to his Airbnb. Allard also could not find his phone or wallet. Officers drove him to Hyatt House and spoke to hotel staff, who told them Allard did not have a room assigned to him. Officers then deemed Allard unable to care for himself and detained him. Allard was taken into custody for public intoxication.

John Carey charged with shoplifting from Target in West Nashville
35-year-old John Carey was cited for shoplifting from the Target on White Bridge Pike on August 27th around 5:33 p.m. Police arrived at the Target and spoke to John. Reportedly, he returned $364.42 worth of stolen merchandise from Target after leaving with it. He was issued a citation, and was booked on that theft citation this week.
Tourist Heather Burke punches husband, gives him a bloody nose, gets a $100 bond.
35-year-old Heather Marie Burke and her husband, Brad Burke, are visiting Nashville from Wisconsin and staying in an AirBNB on Sigler Street. Metro Nashville Police responded to the residence early Thursday morning for a domestic disturbance. Heather told police she punched her husband in the face, leaving him with a bloody nose. She stated that he had her cell phone and she wanted it back, and she also took his phone. Heather’s shirt was bloody as a result of the blood coming from the victim’s nose upon impact from her fist.
