19-year-old James Battle was jailed on March 27th for allegedly smacking his little sister in the face after she asked him to pick his clothes up. Police responded to Chesapeake circle where they spoke to Battle’s sister who is a minor. The victim said that she had asked Battle to pick up his clothes and he got upset saying that they weren’t his. Battle then stepped into her personal space and started cussing her out, so she pushed him back to create space. Battle slapped his little sister so hard in the face he broke her glasses. When police questioned battle, he told them that those clothes were not his and that his sister didn’t put his laundry in a bag as he asked. He also stated that he was close to his sister but he didn’t touch her he only pushed her away as he leaned over her.

Theresa Paul charged in assault of Mr. Dick’s shaft & jewels during drunken argument
42-year-old Theresa Paul was jailed Friday afternoon after trying to push officers out of her house who were there because of her alleged attack against her boyfriend. Officers responded to Chestnutwood Trail home in Hermitage for a domestic disturbance after Ms. Paul’s boyfriend, Charles Dick, called in about her attacking him in a drunken rage. When officers arrived, Mr. Dick shouted, “She won’t let you in,” from an upstairs window. Officers asked Mr. Dick to come downstairs and let them in. When he finally invited the officers in, Ms. Paul approached them aggressively and tried to push them back out of the house. She was immediately taken into custody.
Mr. Dick told police that he and Ms. Paul were at a concert last night, and she was extremely drunk and aggressive towards him. He slept on the couch, hoping to speak to her the next day while she was sober, but when he got home from work that day, she was already drunk. Ms. Paul immediately got upset and began to punch him when he tried speaking with her. She would stop for a moment and go back to punching him. Mr. Dick showed officers video footage of Ms. Paul punching, kicking, and slapping him. Mark Wellesley lives with Ms. Paul and Mr. Dick and witnessed part of the assault. He told officers that he saw Ms. Paul kick and grab at Mr. Dick’s shaft and family jewels during the assault.
Caroline Hager hides GPS tracker in child’s sock, assaults father of child during custody exchange
22-year-old Caroline Hager faces multiple charges after police say she placed a GPS tracking device her child’s sock prior to a custody exchange in January. The child’s father, Colton Jolly, later found the device and confronted Caroline with the device in his hand during the next custody exchange. She reportedly attacked and assaulted Colton in an attempted to retrieve the device from him. She fled the scene, and a summons was issued for her arrest. The Wilson Conuty Sheriff’s Office refused to serve a summons until a judge issued new warrants for her arrest. She was taken into custody this week.
Maira Medina Perez tosses roommate’s clothes from dryer, kicks her dog
62-year-old Maria Medina Perez reportedly and her roommate, Jennifer Sandoval, were in an argument on February 3 after Maria took Jennifer’s clothes out of the dryer and walked all over them on the ground. An argument erupted, and Jennifer attempted to leave the situation and take her dog for a walk. Maria blocked the front door to prevent her from leaving and pushed her on the right shoulder. Maria then kicked Jennifer’s dog.
Kadhim Alshaikhi charged in domestic assault of his wife; threatens to kill her with knife
Jihan Sindy says her 32-year-old husband, Kadhim Alshaikhi, would not let her sleep in the early hours of Monday morning. She attempted to ignore him and not interrupt her sleep; however, he continued to cause conflict and threatened to take their children away from her. When she continued to refuse to engage in his antics, Alshaikhi reportedly punched her twice on the side of her face. He then took her cell phone from under her pillow to prevent her from calling the police. He then threatened to kill her with a knife while moving to the kitchen and retrieving a knife from the drawer. She locked her bedroom door to prevent him from entering.
Sara Glover spits on husband Zachary Glover when he refuses to move out of the way
29-year-old Sara Amber Shipp Glover and 39-year-old husband Zachary Glover were jailed this week after police say spat in her husband’s face after he stopped on the stairs in front of her and would not move. Zachary admitted to restricting her movement on the staircase, preventing her from freely moving about the house. Police say this was not the first time they have responded to a domestic-related call at their residence.
In 2021, Zac Glover was previously charged with domestic assault after admitting to pushing an apple smoothie into the face of his wife, Sara Amber, during an argument on a Monday morning. She threw the cup back at him, but not before the smoothie mixture had covered her face, body, floor, and walls.
Latasha Petty assaulted her son while he was on Facetime with his girlfriend, who called 911
Dinerio Morton was on Facetime with his girlfriend on January 20th when his mother, 44-year-old Latasha Petty, reportedly pulled his hair, threatened him, grabbed him by the collar, and threw his phone to the ground causing damage to it. The girlfriend witnessed the assault in real-time via Facetime and called the police. Officers arrived and spoke with Dinerios’s older brother, Demetrius, who confirmed their mom was the primary aggressor. Police have multiple prior calls to the address where Petty was also the aggressor. Video of the assault was saved.
Jamilrah Sanford attacks her baby daddy and his new girlfriend with a Slushie; drags her by the hair
26-year-old Jamilrah Sanford is free on a $3,000 bond after she was jailed for attacking the father of her child, Nicholas Turner, and his new girlfriend, Keri bell, and then throwing a Sluhie on them when she was done with the assault. The incident, which happened in late November at the Urban Air park, began when she approached Nicholas while he was visiting with their son at the location. Jamilrah was reportedly upset that his new girlfriend was present and attempted to punch her in the face. Nicholas reportedly stepped in between his past and future and took the punch. Jamilrah then reportedly followed them as they walked to the front door and grabbed his girlfriend by her hair, and dragged her. Immediately after the assault, Jamilrah approached the couple again and threw a full Slushie on both victims.
Ruterera Budamu charged with assaulting wife with shoe on Christmas Eve
50-year-old Ruterera Budamu was charged with domestic assault for an incident on Christmas Eve, after he threw a shoe and struck his wife, Nyinawumwami Nyatuza, in the face and hand while arguing with her daughter, Nadine Utumanseka, about parking outside the house. Nyinawumwami says the shoe caused pain in her face.
Charles Trimm charged in assault of Dorrie Phillips in downtown Nashville
42-year-old Charles Trimm was charged with domestic assault this month after police say he grabbed Dorrie Phillips by the back of the neck and the top of her chest in downtown Nashville. Responding officers were able to view video of the assault from the J.W. Marriott security cameras. The victim was transported to the hospital after she had a panic attack after the assault, and Trimm was taken into custody.
