Zachary Zytkowski grabs woman’s breast at Nashville International Airport

31-year-old Zachary Peter Zytkowski inappropriately touched a passenger, Kelsey Laflin, near the Gate 27 area in Nashville International Airport on the morning of February 29th. Witnesses pointed Zytkowski out when officers arrived, stating he was the suspect. Then, Officers spoke with Laflin, who said she was walking toward her gate and felt “a single hand cup my left breast and squeeze,” explaining that she did not know him or give him permission for the contact. Officers reviewed CCTV footage, which correlated with Laflin’s statement, and then placed Zytkowski into custody for sexual battery.

Marcus Lowe caught after stealing ex-girlfriend’s emotional support dog

44-year-old Marcus Allen Lowe was taken into custody for theft on February 29th. On November 30th, 2023, Amy Sander, Lowe’s ex-girlfriend, went to the authorities and advised them that Lowe stole her emotional support animal. Sander advised the animal is a gray and white female Pitbull Terrier named “Medusa Lowe.” Sander then provided officers with documentation of Medusa getting microchipped in February 2021 and showed them the emotional support registration, valid from October 9th, 2023 – October 8th, 2024. Sander explained that Lowe stole Medusa from their previously shared residence and refused to return her. Sander told officers that she wished to prosecute him for the theft. Marcus Lowe was taken into custody for theft on February 29th.

DUI: Aimable Musafiri crashes into multiple cars, resists arrest after drinking 2 beers

34-year-old Aimable Musafiri was involved in a three-car accident near Rice Road and Edge O Lake Drive on February 23rd. Officers arrived and spoke to all parties involved, during which Musafiri admitted to having two beers and taking flu medicine. Officers noticed Musafiri showing signs of intoxication before asking him to participate in sobriety tests. However, Musafiri told officers no and refused to take sobriety tests. Officers then attempted to detain Musafiri, to which he resisted, pushing away from officers. Once Musafiri was arrested and informed of implied consent, he declined to provide a breath sample. Musafiri was taken into custody for driving under the influence, implied consent, and resisting arrest.

Kyle Morris jailed after fleeing police, punching medic in face on Broadway

32-year-old Kyle Morris had a scuffle at the 4th Avenue South and Broadway intersection in the early hours of February 29th. NFD medics flagged officers down regarding the fight, and when they arrived, they noticed Morris lying on the ground. Morris was visibly intoxicated and was belligerent to medics as he refused medical attention. Medics were removing Morris from the gurney to detain him when he started running away from them. When Medics tried to gain control of Morris, he started swinging, and then he punched Patrick Nolan, a medic, in the face, breaking his $600 prescription glasses. Morris continued to flee, disregarding officers’ commands to stop, and was caught following a brief foot pursuit. Morris was taken into custody for the assault of a first responder, vandalism, public intoxication, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.

DUI: Country Music Singer Dylan Wolfe crashes car on I-24 West, tells police he “looked down at his phone”

29-year-old Country Music Singer Dylan Wolfe had a single-vehicle accident on I-24 West in the early hours of February 29th. Wolfe spoke with officers when they arrived and told them that he “looked down at his phone,” causing the wreck. Then, Wolfe admitted to having three mixed drinks with Crown Royal Apple before driving. Wolfe consented to sobriety tests and performed poorly before refusing to provide a blood sample. During a subsequent search of his vehicle, Officers located a firearm in his center console. Wolfe was taken into custody for driving under the influence, implied consent, and weapon possession while under the influence.

Ebony Collins caught at Nashville International Airport with 20 pounds of marijuana

30-year-old Ebony Collins was taken into custody for felony possession on February 28th. Nashville Airport Police Department investigated an inbound Southwest flight 802 scheduled to arrive from Los Angeles, CA, and deployed their narcotics detecting K-9 Peggy, who gave a positive indication to four bags. There was a hard-sided dark pink roller bag with a SWA bag tag name displaying “Collins/Ebony,” a dark blue hard-sided roller bag with a SWA bag tag name displaying “Moss/Alvin,” a light blue hard-sided roller bag with a SWA bag tag name displaying “Hampton/Willie,” and a light pink hard-sided roller bag with a SWA bag tag name displaying “Hughes/Toshel.” Officers located them once each bag was claimed and separately asked to search their luggage, to which they consented. During a search of Collins’s dark pink suitcase, they located 17 bundles of vacuum-sealed marijuana, totaling 9,071.85 grams/20 pounds, two bottles of promethazine syrup, and a container with a mixture of pills.

27-year-old Toshel Dennesse Hughes was taken into custody for felony possession of a schedule VI drug on February 28th. 37-year-old Alvin Lester Moss was taken into custody for felony possession on February 28th. Jared Paver points gun at employee during argument

34-year-old Jared Paver had an altercation with one of his employees, Raymond Mansfield, at the Sentral SoBro apartment complex on Lea Avenue on February 27th. Mansfield alerted the authorities, advising them that Paver pointed a handgun at him during an argument. When officers arrived, Paver was not at the location, so they left and were called shortly after by Sentral SoBro management. Later that day, Sentral SoBro management called the police and advised that Paver had returned to the location and wanted him removed. Officers responded and located Paver with a female companion in the hallway. Paver admitted to having a verbal incident with someone the night before and having a firearm but claimed that he did not point or aim it at anybody. Paver was transported to Central Precinct for further investigation. Under Miranda, Paver admitted that he had been drinking yesterday and that he argued with Mansfield but did not recall aiming his gun at him. Officers then showed Paver video footage of the incident, which was when Paver admitted to being the one shown on tape pointing the firearm. Paver was taken into custody for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on February 28th.

Andre Ingram steals ex-wife’s property during divorce, refuses to leave her home

61-year-old Andre Timothy Ingram stole property from his ex-wife, Stanley Sucrontae Rena, at their previously shared residence on January 24th. Rena called the police, reporting that Ingram had stolen items that she owned before their marriage. Rena explained how she allowed Ingram to stay at her house after their divorce while she waited at another location for him to move. Ingram refused to leave the house, so Rena evicted him. Then, when Rena returned to the home, she noticed her belongings were missing. Detectives were informed that Ingram and Rena signed divorce papers in September 2020, stating, “All personal property the Plaintiff has now is his/hers,” and, “All personal property the Defendant has now is his/hers.” Rena provided officers with a moving receipt from 2015 showing her residing at the address before their marriage.
Officers then went to speak with Ingram, who admitted to taking some of the listed items. Rena told officers that during many conversations after their divorce, Rena had told him that she did not care what he took as long as he moved out of the location. Officers advised him to return her property, which Ingram agreed to. Officers notified Rena, telling her she had to give him time to return the property. On February 12th, Rena’s lawyer sent a letter via US Postal Service and email, giving Ingram 10 days to return the stolen items. On February 27th, Ingram still had not returned her belongings or called her lawyer to arrange it. Officers followed up with Rena, who updated her list of missing things. Rena noted that two of her firearms, which she provided proof of purchase for, were also missing. Ingram was taken into custody for theft of property and the theft of a firearm on February 28th.
