Patrick Campbell sneaks into restricted area at Taylor Swift concert, assaults security

20-year-old Patrick Campbell of Gallatin was attending the Taylor Swift concert in Nashville on May 5 with a valid ticket. While inside the stadium, Campbell entered a restricted area of the event and refused to leave when confronted by security. He then pushed the Apex security officer who confronted him, and another officer had to assist with escorting him out of the restricted area, and then the stadium. Campbell was issued a citation, charging him with disorderly conduct.

Hit-and-Run: Isabella Cook flees, says she “didn’t know what to do,” so she did nothing

21-year-old Isabella Cook told police she “didn’t know what to do” after she crashed into another vehicle and fled the scene on April 26. The person she hit was able to capture her plate number, and the responding officer was able to contact Cook. Upon speaking to Cook, who had her grandmother on the phone call, she claimed she didn’t stop as she wasn’t sure of how it worked and what she should do. She left the other vehicle with significant damage and agreed to meet officers to receive a citation.

Jacob Teachout punches father; upset he was “cooped up in the house all day”

19-year-old Jacob Teachout was jailed last week for giving his father a bloody lip during an argument at their home on Highway 100. Police spoke with Tom Teachout, who said when he came home from work, his son Jacob woke up and started screaming about how he’s been cooped up in the house all day and wanted to go out to eat. During the argument, Thomas picked their dog up to take it outside, and when he stood back up to turn around and head back inside, Jacob punched him in the face splitting his lip. During questioning, he stated that he did indeed punch his father, but it was an accident.

Chardarius Howse steals Louis Vuitton wallet & cash from patron at Game Terminal Bar in Nashville

23-year-old Chardarius Howse was booked this week for stealing a Louis Vuitton Wallet containing $720 cash on June 20th, 2022. The wallet belonged to Jamarkis Wess, who also had his driver’s license and car keys stolen while at the Game Terminal Bar. Video surveillance shows Howse taking the wallet from the game Wess was playing. To enter the Game Terminal Bar, all patrons must scan their IDs. The establishment was able to give police Howse’s information to verify his identity. A warrant was issued for his arrest shortly after, and he was jailed on the outstanding warrant this week.

Samantha Chase assaults paramedic & threatens nurse after mixing meds & alcohol

32-year-old Samantha Chase was jailed this week after being combative with EMS and hospital staff after they responded to help her during a seizure. Evan Cox is a paramedic; he told police that his department responded to a female having a seizure, but they were having an issue with her trying to fight them. They put Chase on a gurney and placed her into the ambulance. She was uncooperative and yelled at the EMTs to let her out. She stood up and out of the gurney and pushed Mr. Cox against the ambulance seat, then punched him on the right side of his face. Police tried to get her out of the ambulance while she was still yelling at EMS. Then she freed her right hand and tried to punch Mr. Cox again. Ms. Chase was extremely intoxicated and told police she had a lot, “probably too much to drink.” She also stated that she takes seven medications and shouldn’t have mixed them with alcohol. Ms. Chase was transported to the hospital and was uncooperative once she arrived. She yelled at staff and told a nurse she was going to punch her. Ms. Chase was taken into custody and transported to booking.

Kathryn Smith — too drunk and disorderly for downtown Nashville at 5 p.m.

41-year-old Kathryn Smith was found walking in traffic at 4th & Commerce in downtown Nashville at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers contacted her to check on her welfare and found her to be extremely intoxicated. She point at a parking garage and stated it was her hotel. She became increasingly aggressive with officers who were attempting to find an alternate way to her hotel, but she was uncooperative. Unable to be left alone in traffic, Smith was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.

Nashville’s Liberty Tax owner Sean Connor jailed while leaving the country for open warrant

44-year-old Sean Connor, the owner of Nashville’s Liberty Tax and front-man of The Southern Gothic, was attempting to fly out of the country Monday night when agents from Customs & Border Patrol at the Nashville International Airport were alerted of an active warrant for his arrest, out of Manatee County, Florida. They confirmed the warrant was extraditable and placed him into custody. Connor’s attorney was able to get his bond reduced to $5,000, which he posted in cash and avoided extradition to Florida.

Karla Sparks slaps a woman in downtown Nashville in front of police officers

29-year-old Karla Sparks and her friend were yelling, “that crackhead robbed us and assaulted me!” as downtown officers noticed them on Broadway in front of Lucky Bastard Saloon late Saturday night in downtown Nashville. Officers determined to gather more information, but both individuals were very uncooperative and refused to give any more information. They began to yell at officers to “Arrest her!” but would not give any further information on what occurred or why. As officers began to speak with the other involved individual, Sparks ran up and smacked her in the face in front of officers. She was taken into custody for the assault of Janna Forsythe, and disorderly conduct.

Tourist Josie Yuede jailed after wild drunken night in downtown Nashville

29-year-old Josie Yuede and her friend were yelling, “that crackhead robbed us and assaulted me!” as downtown officers noticed them on Broadway in front of Lucky Bastard Saloon late Saturday night in downtown Nashville. Officers determined to gather more information, but both individuals were very uncooperative and refused to give any more information. They began to yell at officers to “Arrest her!” but would not give any further information on what occurred or why. As officers began to speak with Yuede’s friend, Yuede yelled and screamed threats at the victim, while her friend ran up and smacked her in the face. Yuede was charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct for her drunken antics.
