41-year-old Kathryn Smith was found walking in traffic at 4th & Commerce in downtown Nashville at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Officers contacted her to check on her welfare and found her to be extremely intoxicated. She point at a parking garage and stated it was her hotel. She became increasingly aggressive with officers who were attempting to find an alternate way to her hotel, but she was uncooperative. Unable to be left alone in traffic, Smith was transported to booking and charged with public intoxication.
Kathryn Marie Smith was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 24, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.
