18-year-old Brandon Howard told police, “I would have dusted y’all!” had it not been for the spike strips they deployed to stop him as he fled in a stolen Toyota Camry late Sunday night. He was driving a 2022 white Toyota Camry that was just stolen from Whites Creek Pike and was being tracked by its owner, who was relaying the information to police. With the assistance of AirOne, all three occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody after short foot pursuits. DUI: Chretien Jordan Ivey crashes in parking lot after taking Percocet and smoking marijuana

Police responded to the UPS parking lot on Whites Creek Pike Tuesday morning after multiple reports of a man passed out behind the wheel of a truck that had struck multiple vehicles. Officers arrived to find 24-year-old Chretien Jordan Ivey, who stated he drove there to look for a red truck when he was in a collision in the parking lot. It wasn’t immediately clear why he was searching for another vehicle. Ivey admitted to making a Percocet and smoking marijuana prior to driving and was nodding off during the interaction. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI.

DUI: Brian Hubert charged after crashing into parked cars in downtown Nashville

Police say 37-year-old Brian Hubert struck several parked vehicles in downtown Nashville after he drank a 24oz Mexican beer and 12oz mule drink prior to driving. Hubert claims he was driving his 2002 Chevrolet Traverse when another vehicle was coming toward him on 5th Ave N, and he moved over, causing him to strike multiple vehicles. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with driving under the influence.

DUI: Jagger Thomas admits to “two tequila margaritas” before two crashes

24-year-old Jagger Thomas claims he was “looking for his girlfriend who has been assaulted” when he crashed his white Honda Civic into a black Ford Mustang on the railroad tracks in the 600 block of 26th Ave. North late Tuesday night. He admitted to drinking and to the crash being his fault. The vehicle he crashed into was driven by Tyron Allen, who says Jagger actually first hit him on Charlotte Ave. and fled, causing him to follow Jagger to this location, where he crashed again. Jagger told police he consumed “two tequila margaritas” prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. On the way to Metro General for a blood draw, Jagger again spoke about how drunk he was.
