24-year-old Fiona Rust woke up, enraged, and attacked her blood relatives after feeling threatened. MNPD spoke to Fiona’s relatives on August 11th, the date of the incident, and they said that Fiona was intoxicated and passed out on the floor. The relatives are Alexander Hoskins, Kelly Mcnally, and Megan Mcnally; each told the same story of the incident. They told Fiona that she could not have any more to drink and she passed out on the floor. After they woke her up, she became enraged and attempted to attack Megan. Alexander then stepped between the two but had his arm shoved away, got to Megan, and hit her in the ribs and forearm. Fiona then turned her sights to Kelly, whom she lunged at, bit, and latched onto her hand. Kelly was pulled to the ground by her hair, and Fiona ended her rampage by returning to her room. MNPD officers spoke to a highly intoxicated Fiona, who said she felt threatened and admitted to assaulting the three relatives. Police reported a visible bite mark on Kelly’s hand and pulled-out hair.

Hess Webb charged with assaulting girlfriend, pepper-spraying her
19-year-old Hess Webb reportedly strangled his lover against the wall after she asked him for help at work. Police spoke to Hess’s girlfriend, Cacie Douglas, who told police that she and Hess both work at the same place, where she invited him to help her on August 10th. An argument for unknown reasons ensued, and Hess grabbed her by the neck. While holding her neck, she said he pushed her against the wall and lifted her off the ground by her throat. She said it caused her to struggle to breathe and caused red marks on her neck. Hess continued to strangle her, and she attempted to reach for her pepper spray. He then threw her to the ground and grabbed the pepper spray. Cacie then fled the residence, and Hess followed her outside. While outside, she said he grabbed her, slammed her on the ground, and sprayed pepper spray in her eyes. After he sprayed her, he left the property, and a witness to the incident, Connor Murray, helped Cacie back inside. Police noted the injuries to her neck and her struggle to talk to them. He was placed under arrest for aggravated assault on August 13th.
Florentino Bien found inside woman’s home, intoxicated and without permission
35-year-old Florentino Bien was found inside a woman’s house, and she did not know him or why he was there. Police arrived at the house Florentino was at and spoke to the resident, Marecela Pao-Gonzalez. Florentino was standing in the living room, and Marecela stated that she did not know him and did not invite him in. He could not tell the police why he was there but changed his story to him finding a child in the apartment complex’s parking lot unattended. Both Marecela and her babysitter denied it. The police reported that he was asked several times to leave but refused and showed signs of intoxication. He could not provide police with a home address, so he was placed into custody.
Kedarius Itiat to police: “I’m high” while being arrested for DUI
20-year-old Kedarius Itiat was recklessly driving before police pulled him over and admitted to smoking three or four blunts before driving. Police noticed a Ford driving at a high rate of speed and almost collided with another vehicle. The Ford braked suddenly to keep from colliding with the vehicle, and the police officer made a U-turn to make a traffic stop. While in the middle of the road, Kedarius exited the vehicle and approached the officer. Kedarius told police he was driving so fast because someone had stolen his phone. Police described him as paranoid, with rapid speech and glossy eyes. He said that he had smoked three to four blunts in the previous hour, and police found 24.4 grams of marijuana as well as a digital scale in his center console. When police asked him to, police arrested him for DUI and felony drug charges due to the amount of marijuana found, suggesting he sells drugs. After refusing an evidentiary sample, police arrested him for a DUI, and he told police, “I’m high.”
Dakota Harney charged with having a handgun while drunk at Fox & Hound bar
23-year-old Dakota Harney was seen by several people tapping a gun on the glass outside Fox & Hound bar on Rivergate Pkwy. Police arrived at the bar and spoke to Martha Smith, who said she saw Dakota tap a gun on the glass, yell at guests by a pool table, then re-enter the bar and call someone a “bitch.” Earlier, she said she noticed him upset with another patron but could not tell who it was. At that time, she said that she kept an eye on him but did not see a firearm. While standing outside with another employee and seeing him tap the glass with the weapon, she called Goodlettsville Police Department. Several other witnesses also said they saw Dakota tap on the glass with a pistol to get someone’s attention. Police approached Dakota; they said he smelled of alcohol and did not have a pistol in his possession. Dakota said he drank inside Fox & Hound earlier for about three hours with friends. He said the man he rode with had a firearm, but he did not. Police reviewed security footage that showed Dakota going outside and tapping a gun on the glass later. Further investigation showed that Dakota is a convicted felon out of Florida.
Jared Coleman-Jones found with drugs near Barstool Sports in downtown Nashville
22-year-old Jared Coleman-Jones and a group of people scattered when they saw police approach them on 2nd Ave close to Barstool Sports Bar. Police were alerted by a man who said he used to be prior law enforcement and saw four or five guys selling cocaine out of a bag. Police approached the men in a parking lot next to Barstool Sports Bar, but they all ran after recognizing the officers. Jared was caught on Broadway and 4th Ave. He tried to run and resisted arrest. After he was taken to the ground and handcuffed, police found a plastic bag of marijuana on his person. Jared admitted to the marijuana being his.
Arturo Bolan kicks down door, assaults wife’s juvenile brother
21-year-old Arturo Bolan fought his wife’s juvenile brother when he stepped between the married couple’s argument. Arturo’s wife, Jenelli Amaya De Cubias, told police that she and he had argued earlier when they arrived at her family’s house on March 21st. She said that they were loud enough, despite being in her room, to wake the whole family. During the argument, Arturo became aggressive, and her juvenile brother stepped between her and Arturo. When the juvenile did this, Arturo and him got into a physical altercation. The juvenile and Jenelli told Arturo to leave and locked the door behind him. Moments later, they said they showed up at the residence, kicked the door down, and entered again. Arturo then tried to punch and confront the Juvenile but fled before the police arrived. The family all confirmed that Arturo does not live at the residence. Jenelli told police that she did not wish to prosecute, but police observed clear signs of forced entry, so a warrant was issued against Arturo for aggravated burglary. He was booked on August 13th.
Megan Roberts charged after her child was found in the street while she slept all day
29-year-old Megan Roberts slept for eight hours on July 20th and awoke to her 3-year-old daughter missing at 2:30 p.m. When she noticed that her daughter was missing, she called the police and had the neighborhood search for the juvenile. During the search, one of the neighbors yelled out of her door that the juvenile was in her home. She said she saw the child in the street 3 hours earlier, brought her into her house, fed her, and changed her clothes. The juvenile was inside the neighbor’s home for several hours before Megan noticed the missing child.
Security Guard Stephen Patterson jailed for making improper ‘arrest,’ breaking into man’s home
22-year-old Stephen Patterson, a fully licensed security guard since September 2022 at Avana South Oaks apartment complex, “arrested” a man for DUI. Police responded to the apartment complex and spoke to Stephen, the security guard. He said he saw a car driving erratically in the parking lot and placed a man under arrest for DUI, awaiting police. Jose Balan was the passenger in the vehicle who told police that he saw Stephen pull up behind the vehicle he was riding in, and Stephen spoke to the driver. At this time, Jose exited the vehicle to go to his apartment in the complex to go to bed. Stephen followed him and kept the door from being closed behind Jose. At this time, Stephen entered the residence and tackled Jose in his own home. Jose was handcuffed and taken to Stephen’s security vehicle to wait for the police. During the incident, Jose admitted to intoxication but did not drive and had a designated driver. He also told police that Stephen tackling him caused him great pain in his back. MNPD officers responded to Stephen’s 911 call and took Stephen into custody, as his actions were inappropriate and illegal. He was charged with aggravated burglary, assault, and falls imprisonment.
Street Racer Micah Hooker jailed on rioting charges after weekend meetup
21-year-old Micah Hooker was one of two people charged this weekend as Metro police work to crack down on street racing across Nashville. Metro police reported Micah Hooker, and his passenger Bailee Nelson, sped away from a meet-up at a commercial parking lot on Corporate Drive Saturday night. Street racers reportedly practiced burnouts and other maneuvers in the Corporate Drive parking lot. A Metro helicopter crew tracked Hooker and Nelson as they drove a 2020 green Dodge Challenger, and Hooker turned his lights off in an unsuccessful effort to avoid officers. Hooker reportedly almost hit two other motorists head-on. Hooker made a brief stop, and Officer Hausman came up on the rear of the vehicle, which made Hooker turn his lights off again and flee. Officers eventually stopped Hooker and Nelson at the intersection of Hamilton Church Road and Hobson Pike. He was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment, felony evading arrest, driving on a suspended license, criminal trespassing, and rioting due to the dangerous vehicle maneuvers on Corporate Drive. Hooker and Nelson are the latest to be charged amid Metro police’s continuing street racer enforcement effort.
